  Amazing service! Amazing people! I’ve used them twice for major repairs on my Subaru and both times everything went great. They’re fast too!!! Highly recommend

  I’ve taken my cars here over the years, however, it was my most recent experience that really left an impact. I called around trying to get my car in for overheating and coolant in the engine bay. I couldn’t get an appt till the following week. When I called Nick at Polycare he could see me the next day. I opted to tow the car in a day ahead, so they could start working on it the next day. I bring the car in and explain what’s going on. Brian, the car savant he is, immediately knew what was going on and gave me some advice about purchasing a car for my daughter. I Uber’d home and a few hours later I get a call re: the exact issue and cost. Within a few hours it was repaired. I expected the repair to be done the next day and they repaired it same day and the repair cost was lower than I budgeted for. I didn’t have to be without my car for more than a few hours. Polycare definitely delivered excellent, quick service. They got me up and running quickly and I was able to cancel all the arrangements I made I get through being without my car (rescheduling appts, arrange kids pickup/drop-off, rental). These guys are so knowledgeable - they really know their stuff and have excellent customer service. We’ll stick to Polycare from now on!

  Been taking my vehicles here for over a decade. Trustworthy and reasonably priced. Management and technicians are very knowledgeable. You can get cheaper service elsewhere, but I wouldn't recommend it.

  Very poor customer service. Car not even looked at for 3 working days (Thursday, Friday and Monday). Appointment was scheduled for 8:00am Thursday. Car dropped off day prior. Michael was apologetic and said because they are so popular they are super busy so service is slow. I asked to speak to a manager and Michael said, “I am one of the managers”. Turned out he’s not a manager, just a liar. Perhaps when they realize the damage Michael is doing to their reputation and deal with the situation things will improve at Polycare Automotive.
