- CCCeciliaMay 9, 20265.0Today, my daughter Victoria made an impromptu decision to embark on a road trip to California. She arrived in San Diego completely unprepared. Naturally, as her mother, I became exceedingly anxious. They found themselves at a Pilot gas station at this location, where they mentioned they would pause to take a shower and freshen up. I must confess that I was quite concerned for her and her children. Therefore, from Phoenix, Arizona, I chose to contact the Pilot station and spoke with Dianna, the Store Clerk, to express my worries and inquire if she could assist Victoria in any way if necessary. Dianna kindly offered to call my daughter over the loudspeaker to guide her through the process of using their showers and other facilities. Dianna was very cheerful and compassionate. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for her assistance and to thank Pilot gas station for employing such a remarkable staff member like Dianna. ❤️
- JSJohn SmithMay 3, 20261.0the satellite footage still shows the little cng station in the upper corner but they removed it entirely for some stupid reason. probly to make just a little more parking. i myself was there early may 2026 and where the cng pumps used to be were just more trucks parked normally. all the cng infrastructure seems to have been removed and i even called the shop inside and at first the guy didnt know what i meant, then said yeah we got rid of that stuff. well.. ok then.

- CICurtis Moore IIApr 22, 20261.0Be aware!!! Tire mechanics lurking in the parking lot and messing with people’s tires when you go to sleep so you have to call them to fix it. I don’t know why Pilot is letting this illegal behavior happen.

Only reason why i dont put 5 stars other than that everything is great, amazing and outstanding!!!
