    I chose this business after conducting thorough research and reading many positive reviews. I was genuinely excited to use their services, and a family member even purchased a gift certificate for me toward a full interior and exterior detail. I paid the remaining balance out of pocket, bringing the total cost to approximately $350, including tip. I was initially told the service would take about four hours and be completed around 1:00 PM. However, my vehicle was not ready until close to 6:00 PM. It was there from approximately 8:30 AM to nearly 6:00 PM—about nine hours total. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was immediately clear that the service was incomplete. The exterior had not been properly washed, with visible dirt remaining around the mirrors, wheels, and along the rear exterior trunk area. The wheels still had dirt inside the crevices and had no dressing applied. Inside the vehicle, several areas I had specifically noted before drop-off were untouched, including the center console, roof, and visors. There was sand still present in the WeatherTech mats, and debris remained in the trunk area. I documented these issues due to the cost of the service. When the vehicle was brought out, staff were still hurriedly wiping down the mirrors, which raised additional concern. Services I paid for were never completed. Additionally, my WeatherTech decals, which cost me approximately $150, were used during the service and were damaged in the process. The owner, Eduardo, apologized and explained that a new employee had worked on my vehicle. He offered to redo the entire package. I asked if I could return at a later date due to my schedule, even if it took some time, and I was assured that would not be an issue. Although it’s been over 12 months, the manager was hesitant to assist due to the time that had passed, which is understandable. But I had specifically asked about me coming back at any point in time. While I understand policies can change, it was disappointing to be left out $350 for a service that was never properly completed. I was also told I would receive a call back, which never happened. For transparency, here is a breakdown of what I paid on Friday, 9/27: Basic Detail Package: $215 Midsize vehicle fee: $25 Roof cleaning: $25 Front sticker placement: $75 Tip: $30 I paid full price and never requested a discount. I also later learned that law enforcement discounts are offered, though this was never mentioned to me. For the sake of time, I am choosing to let this go, but losing this amount of money is significant. After reading other reviews, I’ve noticed a pattern of defensiveness when customers share negative experiences. I am prepared for any response but please know that professionalism, quality of work, and accountability matter—especially when customers are paying premium prices.

    I had my 66 Mustang detailed and clear coated. It came out spectacularly, I couldn't believe the shine and flawless exterior. Highly recommended, well worth it and was done on time as committed. Old Lucille looking young!
