Her name is Lilly. She was outstanding! They did a diagnostic and the news wasn't good so they decided not to charge me. I haven't decided about the repair of my car but I felt I was well taken care of from the initial engagement to the diagnostic. No pressure just up front honest communication. They lived up to their high marks. Thank you!

Please be aware that this warranty doesn't cover customer-supplied parts or normal wear items such as brake pads, rotors, clutches, tires, and wiper blades.
