  JOSIE, is the first line of communication with Miller collision. The reason this company has been in business for 18 years and has hundreds upon hundreds of great reviews is because they are a family. They have morals values and character JOSIE demonstrates that every time I call they are so professional so nice so helpful and they do exactly what they say They're gonna do. This is literally the best collision shop not only in San Diego, but in America, this family will be in business until Jesus comes back Lol. That's how amazing they are ,JOSIE, you are the best you're amazing and so is Miller collision, You represent the company so well keeping you keep being great. Have a great rest of your week.

  I have gone to Miller Collision Services for years with different vehicles. Every time they do amazing work and the customer service is incredible. This time, I took in my new Forester that got hit and scuffed in a parking lot. I got a quote for $900-$1000 from another auto body shop but Miller Collision Services did it for free in the span of three minutes. So happy!

  What an amazingly great experience! I wanted to surprise my son with a bit of trim repair, but only had one day to pull it off. Miller Collision worked to get the needed parts and effect the repair within that tight timeline, and they could not have been nicer nor friendlier throughout! Superior to any other auto body shop I've used. My sincerest gratitude!

  Miller Collision is absolutely fantastic for any auto body work. The staff was extremely knowledgeable (shoutout to Josie) and very transparent. They were able to go over the entire bill of materials, labour costs etc and provide best case and worst case scenarios for the quotes (which were all very fair and reasonable). The actual body work was beautifully done as well, OEM parts ordered from the dealership and impeccable paint matching. As other reviews mentioned, they did detail the exterior of the car for free as well. Another benefit was that as an independent shop, they were able to keep their work off any data collection agencies. 10/10 would recommend, absolute breath of fresh air working with them compared to other auto shops.

  These guys deserve your business. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient and happy to help. From my initial phone call to final drive-off, I couldn't believe how great the experience was. I don't write many reviews - but these guys are the real deal. Grateful to have them within 10 minutes of home.
