  For starters, it was very overpriced and i felt like the custom service was very lousy. The clerk that was working that night, prompted me that i had a ticket when i did not recieve anything during the transaction. He was not allowing me to get out which caused him to hold me there for their customer support but they never helped with anything and he just watched me suffer and panic. Then, a stranger decided to intervene and the clerk did not let me out until the person intervened. I would never recommend this to anyone and this truly was an experience that i never wanted. Whoever the clerk is, you deserve to be fired.

  !!PLEASE READ AS I AM BEGINNING TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY!! ARE YOU LIKE ME AND HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE HERE THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED? Please join me in taking 5 minutes out of your day to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau consumer complaints as I am legally looking into taking larger action against them. MEANING - A. You prepaid to park here or have a monthly parking pass and were not able to enter or exit the building - the call line from the machine not working and no one there to help you. B. The gate to access the exiting system to pay wouldn't even open, not allowing you to go through with no phone service in the parking garage to call for help without re-parking your car and exiting the building to call for help, where they give you the run around saying you HAVE to call from the machine... but you cannot access the machine because the immediate gate would not open. C. You already paid the company to park and they will not let you exit without paying again because they "don't have your records in their system" - trying to overcharge you. D. You pay to park there but were dramatically held up from your job or important life matters due to no one being present at the machine to help guests who are using this place for the first time? To where you were extremely late for your job or other important matters? E. You prepaid for an overnight pass through a 3rd party affiliate or through them, where they would not let you leave the building without being charged again because they also have no record of that. These are ALL things that are within the companies control that they repeatedly have chosen to ignore providing an extreme disservice to the people that pay hard earned money to keep their cars here. I honestly do think these are thieves who legitimately think they can do whatever they want and take our money without any repercussions. To not be able to leave the garage on a Monday heading to work? Absolutely NOT ok.

  We stayed at ALMA and it was the parking across from the hotel. I suggest to look else where before coming here and asking first before using their parking services. I tried to argue about the ticket to the attendant and ask why and he was just saying it's the flat rate and so on. The receipt on the left was mine and the receipt on the right was the person before me. I ONLY parked for 28 mins! This is very predatory I do not recommend this place at all. Ended up doing street parking which was free.

  What a bloody nightmare to get in to this place once they have your car! Several of us spent several minutes trying to get in at 4:30 PM on a business day. None of the methods of entry worked, the receipt, the credit card nor the fob. Call the number, and there's no response, voice box full. Essentially its a money grab with no care for the customer.
