  Sign out front says its $10 if your in before 9 and out before 6. This is a lie, several other Parkers confirmed that it will charge you $32 regardless of entry or exit time. They are scamming people with false advertising

  DO NOT PARK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We paid for 3 days of in and out parking. After the first day our ticket stopped working. There is a number to call but it doesn’t even have enough numbers in the phone number lol. You can’t even exit the garage so they have another number to call but no one picks up. I ended up having to uber to places bc the car was trapped in the garage. After finally getting thru we were on the phone w them for an hour with the conclusion of them not knowing how to help. They had proof of our transaction so we just asked for a new QR code so we could exit the garage (it looks like a lot of other people just had to select lost ticket and pay $70 just to free their cars when no one picked up) and while they let us finally exit, they wouldn’t give us a new QR code. They told us it wasn’t an issue we could resolve and that we’d have to call HQ. They gave us the number to HQ which happened to be the exact number we had called to reach them lol. When we asked what to do for the rest of the days he hung up the phone. Needless to say, we had to move the car and now will be disputing a credit card charge since they wouldn’t refund us, or.. “didn’t know how”.

  Was looking for cheap parking for jury duty. There was a sign outside before 7:30am saying early bird pricing of $10 is for getting into the lot before 9am and leaving by 6pm, which was perfect for jury duty hours so I went in. When I was exiting at 5:07pm though, they charged me almost $40! When I called to reconcile the issue, they said the early bird pricing was actually for 9-5p and they didn’t have anyone physically there to look at the sign and the sign was gone by the afternoon anyway. I told them I wouldn’t have chosen to park there if the sign had been accurate because I made the decision to park there based on that sign and my jury duty hours. No dice. No promise to check the integrity of their sign. No ownership of the breakdown. They asked me for a picture of the sign. I didn’t have one because it’s gone already! I have the experience of being scammed and I never write reviews but this felt really wrong. As a side note, the first day of jury duty no longer gets you a day pass for public transit. So let’s all just pay our $40 parking fees without feeling scammed.

  Prices are absolutely ridiculous and spots are too tight. Customer service is horrible and very unprofessional.

  Paid $280 for a week of unlimited in and out. Couldn't get back in to our car using the credit card, the security phone number provided wasn't active. Once we got in, scanning the ticket to exit didn't work, leaving us paying the "lost ticket" fee of $70 just to exit the garage. Called customer service, who had no idea how to help and suggested we call every time we needed to get in it out, and was "disconnected" twice after being placed on hold. Absolutely do not use this garage.
