  I parked in the blue handicapped space, with the blue placard clearly visible, for 2 hrs. I got a $60 ticket. When I called to ask for help, the operator hung up on me three times. I did not know this was a private parking, even tried to call the police department whose number was listed there right after I parked. Of course no one to talk to.

  $60 for 5 hours is insane. I ended up spending $30 more for two hours. $90 total for a day at the beach. Best to get to the beach early and get a free spot at the local city lot. Also when I went to pick up the car there was a ticket person giving a tickets. This is a private lot and it was Labor Day, so just be aware no grace on holidays.

  It's convenient (that's 2 stars for) but the price gouging is insane at this lot, $15/hr no matter how long you stay. You think pay daily rate it'd be cheaper... nope...it would've been $360... it's good for 1 hour only. Hope this helps future travelers!

  The pay machine said $10 an hour. When we paid it shorted the time by 10 minutes. When we had to pay for a second hour it did it again. So it's $10 for 50 minutes not an hour.
