  LAZ Parking charges $25 for only two hours in a tiny parking lot, which is already excessive. Unfortunately, the real problem started when I was leaving. I was completely stopped and preparing to exit when another driver suddenly backed out of a parking space at a high speed and hit my vehicle. After the accident, the driver said absolutely nothing. The passenger exchanged information with me, but later began suggesting that we avoid involving insurance and claimed it would be difficult to prove who was at fault. As a result, I'm now facing hundreds of dollars in repair costs because another driver refuses to take responsibility. When I contacted LAZ Parking, I was told that any video footage could only be provided if I filed a police report. For a parking facility that charges such high rates, I expected better assistance and support when an accident occurs on their property. Between the outrageous parking fee, the cramped parking lot, and the lack of meaningful help after the accident, this was one of the most frustrating parking experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this parking lot.
