  Patrick the GM at this location offered amazing customer service. I recently did an oil change 2 months ago at another location and while driving today my car gave me an error. Took it in to check and he was able to verify the issue, figure out that the previous location incorrectly serviced my car, proceeded to correct the issue while explaining the problem while offering amazing customer service. I appreciate his assistance and follow through in tackling my concerns. This will be my go-to location and Jiffy Lube has an amazing leader in Patrick. Thanks for your assiatance!

  The guy who worked here, treated women with a great deal of respect, kindness, and an understanding that women are not stupid, unfortunately it appears he no longer works here.🚩 Ladies! If you have found this location a safe place to bring your car where you won't be taken advantage of just for being a female, be warned, that team, those guys are no longer here. Here's what you can expect now: Had a failing battery so purchased a new one at AutoZone. Normally they replace the battery for you but my car model has parts covering it so they are not allowed to touch that. So I go over to Jiffy Lube on Rosecrans. I have been going to this location for 2 1/2 yrs. I've been here twice for oil change, tire rotation, and the last time I had a problem with my battery I bought one at AutoZone (and find out they can't replace it) so I go to Jiffy Lube as a repeat customer where they switched it for free. I did not ask them to do it for free. I asked him how much it was knowing I would have to pay something. Fast forward to today. Battery is dying, inadequate for my needs so I know the drill: off to AutoZone, buy a new one then to Jiffy lube - not expecting a switch out for free. Two guys are there; never seen them before. First Thing I Say... "I HAVE a NEW battery here that I need to have switched out." Clearly ignoring me🚩, even after saying it a second time🚩, "...it's just here, on the passenger side" nope, still doesn't pay attention. Quotes me for a new battery🚩 (mind you, without even discussing what type battery he's putting in if I was buying one🚩). I ask, "what battery are you charging me for? I have the battery right here". "Oh. Sorry, I misunderstood"🚩 I did not roll up with a bouncing discussion over what was wrong with my car so how is, "I have a new battery right here that I need switched out" confusing?🚩 He goes back on the smart pad except this time Second Guy is going to help him out, find the code for what to charge me. They find it, he walks over, "$172.00". One Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars. To switch out a failing, old battery under the hood with the new one that I brought in. $172.00 💥🚩💥🚩💥🚩💥🚩💥🚩!!! I told him, "That's inSANE! You wouldn't even charge me that much for an oil change!"🚩 Remember, repeat customer. I know EXACTLY what it costs for me to get my oil changed there.🚩It begs the question, what was the labor in the 1st quote (when I was not heard) for the exact same job, only they're putting in their battery instead of mine? My car is 5 yrs old, 16,700 miles so it's barely driven. I came in with a 4yr Duralast Platinum 48 / H6 Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery, which is designed to outlast a standard car battery - those drain faster when a car is parked more often than it is driven, but it's not being stored. I'm keeping a 15w solar trickle charger plugged into the OBD slot. All I knew of the battery Mr. 2nd Guy randomly grabbed, readied to install w/o discussing type, life, or warranty is that it was green. So, here's the thing, guys, who tried to rip me off just because you thought I wouldn't know any better👩🏻... Women getting ripped off and treated like total idiots by mechanics is a universal problem. So much so, there are websites that grade car shops, mechanics, and any location where a woman has to take her car in for any reason. There are commentaries of their experience and how they were treated, what the Named Location tried to charge them and/or tried to sell them and how their SO's, fathers, brothers or male friends had to step in. This Jiffy Lube on Rosecrans is listed as a safe place. Not anymore. 🚩 So, for the scores of women who used to go here because they were treated fairly, equally and knew it was a safe place (Read the reviews written by WOMEN!! We're not praising the shop - we're telling Each Other if it's safe or not!! Wise Up!), I'm sorry to tell you, that is no longer the case.😞 In closing, I went over to the car repair place next door in effort to get my battery switched over - they respectfully handled it within moments and charged me $35.

  I gave Jiffy Lube a 10/10 for the speedy service, no waiting in line, and the friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, the service was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, which made the entire experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate getting the service I needed without a long wait, while still receiving excellent customer service. That combination of speed, convenience, and friendly staff is what earned Jiffy Lube my 10/10 rating.
