It was very easy to get in touch with affable salespeople until the installation, then phone number is recognized and you are routed to a call center in India. Was not told until after device was installed that I wouldn't be able to have mechanical work done on my car, and it will not be driveable without this work, hence I am at a standstill as to how I will be able to get to required "callibrations". Terrible service. Do not reccomend.
