  I had an outstanding experience with Independent Motors! I had received a very high quote elsewhere (including BMW dealership) to replace the lightbulbs on my BMW, so I called Jay for a 3rd opinion. He provided a clear quote over the phone and replaced both bulbs at an extremely reasonable price. Jay and his team were professional, honest, efficient, and provided superb customer service. It is refreshing to find an automotive shop you can truly trust. I highly recommend Independent Motors!

  They are strong in technique and open to share all your car condition with you honestly. I feel so lucky to find this autoshop and they are close to my place. I replace the electric water pump and water tank and belt. It is urgent, they help me squeeze in to an same day appointment. They explains the issue detailly. I am an engineer myself. I use to ask questions to the bottom to make myself understand the car situation. Chris is so patiently and frankly, answers all my questions briefly but clearly. Clear all my doubt. Highly recommend this place. One more story, a girl just in front of me, her car has an issue that other shop told her need to get water tank replace. But Chris explains, to her after check her car, absolutely not needed to replace. The girl explains her concerns of long term reliability. Chris is very confidence to tell her it won't have problem and can last quite a while. This place they are all for your car, not aim to take your money.

  I am blown away. Chris and his team were so amazing and hospitable. I went in with my Audi A4 and a lot of uncertainty after being quoted heavily by dealership, and Chris was honest about which services were worth concern. I went in for an oil change and he fixed my airbag signal issues and assessed my engine mount issue free of charge. I highly recommend Chris, and I will definitely be back! Thank you!!! ☀️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Independent Motorcars. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The lobby was spotless and comfortable. The restroom was exceptionally clean. Even the showroom and the repair bays were organized and immaculate which says a lot about how they operate. The entire team was professional courteous and welcoming. While I was waiting I could hear the staff interacting with other customers and it was clear that everyone was treated with respect and honesty. Their communication and attention to detail gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. My oil change was completed promptly and the pricing was very fair. It is not easy to find a shop that combines excellent customer service with quality work and a clean professional environment. I highly recommend Independent Motorcars and will definitely be returning for future service.

  I need to take a minute to profusely thank Chris and the team at Independent Motorcars. A friend recommended them to me years ago for Audi maintenance and repairs. I always get quality work, honest assessments, and more than fair pricing. Most recently I brought the car in for brakes and an oil change. The vehicle is approaching the 50K warranty expiration so Chris advised they would do a thorough inspection to ensure no additional repairs are needed before the warranty expires. He found several issues which are now being addressed under warranty. Chris likely saved me $15K in repair costs. So grateful.
