I walked in, they took me right away and finished in way less than an hour. I'm so glad I came. Jenna was so helpful, efficient and friendly. I'm never going to E**** Tires again. Thank you so much! 😁

I had one of the best customer service late last night at the Miramar location. I showed up with a flat tire, right when the shop was closing. The employee Jovanny’s stopped focusing on closing and politely asked “how can I help you”. I answered I needed some air. Before he was done his manager Lenna Padberg approached us. She offered to change the tire for the spare one not caring it was past closing time. They definitely saved me from being stranded due to every other place bing closed. She definitely showed strong leadership and integrity. Thanks to them both I was able to finish my route Safely.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! After having a frustrating experience at another tire shop, I went to Goodyear next door hoping they could help me out at the last minute. From the moment I walked in, Lenna, aka "Boss Lady," was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to take my truck in, even though it was last minute and I was in a serious time crunch because I had an important road trip coming up. I was so grateful that I even offered to pay extra to have them squeeze me in. Lenna immediately turned that down with a smile and told me she would never do that to me. That honestly says a lot about the kind of person she is and the way they treat their customers. She cared more about helping me out than making an extra buck. They got my truck in and had the job done in less than 2 hours, and their equipment looked much newer and more up-to-date than what I had just experienced elsewhere. The price was also better than what I was quoted at the other shop. After the way my day started, Goodyear completely turned it around. Lenna was the real MVP! Customer service like that is rare these days. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I'll be coming back here from now on and recommending this location to everyone I know. Thank you, Lenna and the Goodyear team!
