  I have been using this company for many years due to their professionalism from the manager to the staff and mechanics. They do a great job for my Mercedes Benz and they never failed me. I always come here for my car’s annual check. The manager Bert is always there to assist whenever I have questions and concerns with my car. He’s very professional, kind and made sure my car is in great shape to drive. Thank you German Auto Center for your great job!

  Disappointing experience today. My Mercedes was making rattling noise ever since I brought my car into the German Auto Center a month ago and got a check-up and oil change. I have been a customer for several years, but it never happened before. But this time the sound was very loud and my husband even said something is wrong with the vehicle. I was hoping the sound go away. But it didn’t. So, I finally brought in my car to German Auto. They said they can’t hear any noise after the inspection. I trusted them and felt relieved because the sound was very noisy and worried something was wrong. When I picked up my car, the owner said I need to pay for the inspection which caused by me bringing my car to the German Auto Center. I refused to pay and the owner said then I can’t come back to the shop any more. I was hoping them to tell me about the reason for the noise. But instead they just told me they didn’t hear anything and I need to pay for their inspection. Basically they can’t take any responsibility if something goes wrong after they took a car. Very disappointed and as they instructed I will never go back there.

  Great communication and didn't feel like I was getting sold too! I came in because my AC stopped working in this horrible SD heat wave. They were able to get it up and running and told me a needed a new compressor for the longevity but that is really wasn't worth it for the age of my car. They also did an overall health check of my car and topped it off with oil.

  I brought my Panamera in a bit early and they took me right in. I came in for an oil change and luckily the mechanics also checked the brake fluid which was very low. I appreciate their attention to details and keeping me safe on the highways! Everyone was helpful, professional and efficient! Thanks you
