  Researched Genesis cv70 and cv80 beforehand and heard nothing but good things with great reviews. Benny helped us with all the info we required and the test drive showed the cars to be as advertised… smooth pleasant ride with luxurious interior and unexpected acceleration. Benny was outstanding and did not over pressure us to make the purchase. Mostly because Benny was not overbearing we felt inclined to make the purchase that night. Great overall experience and highly recommend the Genesis brand overall.

  My experience was great. I came in for a covered recall only. They addressed my needs and didn't try to upsale or anything. I had an appointment at 1pm; I chose to wait for my car, and I was out of there at 2:13. I thought I would surely hit the traffic going south on 805, but the timing was perfect. I made it home to Lemon Grove by 2:33, only 20 minutes. That never happens!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! We had an amazing experience at Genesis of Kearny Mesa, and we can’t thank Viviana Orona and Sam Cena enough for everything they did. From the moment we walked in until we drove away with my mom’s brand-new Genesis GV80 Coupe, the entire process was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Viviana was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly informative, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the Genesis GV80 Coupe and all of its features. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt confident throughout the entire process. She never made us feel rushed or pressured. She also regularly offered us refreshments and made sure we were comfortable the entire time, which made an already great experience even better. Sam was equally professional and helped make the buying process seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and both of them worked hard to make sure my mom got an incredible deal on her very first SUV. My mom is absolutely ecstatic with her new Genesis GV80 Coupe, and thanks to Viviana and Sam, her first SUV-buying experience is one she’ll remember for years to come. They truly went above and beyond to make this a special day for our family. If you’re in San Diego and looking for a new Genesis, I highly recommend asking for Viviana Orona and Sam Cena. They genuinely care about their customers, provide exceptional service, and make the entire process enjoyable from beginning to end. 10/10 experience. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Took 5 days for them to get back to me with the status of my gv70 in for service (and only after I called twice) Then they said that they couldn't repair my defective Adaptive cruise control (ACC) because the problem was with my eye glasses. I explained that I experienced the same problem with 3 different pairs of glasses and did Not have any problem with the Adaptive cruise control on the loaner car. They said they would not replace the camera that this system uses or take any other action to provide me with a usable ACC.

  I was very excited to learn that you had opened up two dealerships in San Diego County. One unknown to me when I made my service appointment in Escondido, which is where I live. But when an air conditioning issue popped up and I was worried I would have to deal with the farmer Genesis dealership I was pleasantly surprised to learn of new ownership. That initial show experience where I was able to make a service appointment for the next day excited me. However, that quickly dissipated after checking my car in. Alex, my service advisor who ported himself in a professional manner was a terrible communicator. My car was in the shop almost 10 days. Didn't seem there was any priority, especially in the part ordering process. I had to follow up myself multiple times to find out what the status of my vehicle was, and when it would be ready. Well, it seems like you guys are trying, and having lived a life and service as a business owner, you fell way short of the mark. Very disappointing experience!
