  I'm not sure what kind of operation they have running. They are NOT open 24 hours as the site says. They are open until 5pm on weekends. You have to make an appointment to pick your vehicle up on weekends.

  Terrible towing company. They lie and say they are open on the weekends but they are not. The chp should stop using them. I need to get video footage from an accident and the battery will be dead.

  Nothing about this company is “expedited” — they should change their name to “Slow Towing.” The person who initially picked up my car was nice and efficient, but he informed me that because it was an 80-mile tow, the vehicle would be transferred to another driver. Instead, my car was taken to the Expedite Towing yard and left sitting there for hours, causing a very late delivery. My car was picked up around 12:30 PM, and I specifically explained that it needed to arrive at a mechanic in Garden Grove before 6 PM because that’s when they close. The drive itself is only about 1.5 hours. I called around 2:30 PM to tell them again that it needed to get to Garden Grove by 6 PM and I was told someone would tow it “right now.” Unfortunately, they apparently didn’t realize I was tracking the vehicle, because it sat in their lot until around 4:30 PM. When I called for an update, I was told the car had already left “40 minutes ago,” even though the tracker clearly showed it was still sitting at their yard. I warned them that if they hadn’t left yet, it would never make it by 6 PM due to traffic. They assured me they would contact the mechanic and explain it would arrive “a little after 6.” Because they delayed so long, traffic became much worse and the car didn’t arrive until 7:30 PM — long after the shop had closed. The driver had to leave the key hidden in a public area, which could have easily resulted in the car being stolen. Communication with this company was extremely frustrating. They acted like they would handle everything, but I repeatedly had to chase them down for updates and never received callbacks. To be fair, the delivery driver was very kind, took photos, and did his best to hide the key securely as instructed. My issue is with the person answering the phones, who was dishonest and seemed completely unconcerned about timelines or customer needs. I would definitely not recommend this company.

  We hope he doesn't come back around here again. Look—he left this on the table so you guys can think it over carefully. There are already a lot of angry people.
