We fly into San Diego at least once a year. 1st time we went w/a cheap company & we definitely got what we paid for (old/lemon car that sounded like it was on it's last leg) plus more charges ($400+). Awful. Next trip we used Enterprise at the Airport: beautiful car & great service. A little more expensive but SO worth every penny! This is our 3rd rental from here. New this time was the kiosk in the garage...LOVED it! Got checked in very quickly(5min or less) & by the time we got upstairs they were waiting to greet us. We were put in a 2018 Chevy Impala (stunning!) We will always use Enterprise. Don't have to stress about your car rental at all, going w/Enterprise at the Airport, you are in very good hands. 😁

I paid more to rent with Enterprise. Their service was terrible. I thought I would be getting more convenience and better service, they were terrible. If you are going to the San Diego airport location there is no benefit to choosing them and you will be better off with a different company. Their sales reps were rude and completely helpless. I will never rent from them again, they completely dropped the ball.

Whoever helped my 36 week pregnant wife today with her rental drop-off and noticed her struggle with both excess luggage and two children, I appreciate you going above and beyond and driving her to curbside checkin for her flight. It means the world to me to know she was well taken care of and assisted through and after the transaction. She thinks his name was Herb, fairly certain he was retired Navy, as well. Thank you, brother!

Check in was fast and efficient. The staff was super helpful and gave great directions to get out of the area and to get back!
