  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable. We drove 15 minutes to this EVgo station because both the app and the website showed it as available and working. After arriving, we found that 3 out of 4 chargers were completely out of service. Only one charger was working, and it was already occupied. We wasted our time, battery, and energy driving here for nothing. When you’re driving an EV, this isn’t just an inconvenience—it can leave you stranded with very little range left. If multiple chargers are broken, update your app and website immediately instead of misleading people into driving to a station that is barely functional. This level of service is unacceptable. EV drivers rely on accurate information, and EVgo completely failed here. I will avoid EVgo whenever possible and would strongly recommend that others do the same until they start maintaining their stations and providing accurate real-time status updates.

  Good place to charge. It seems that it takes 2-4 tries to get my car to connect and charge with EVgo. Not sure on which end the miscommunication is.

  Horrible location, 1/4 stations work and when i called support to fix one of the others, they couldnt help

  Popular enough for ICE vehicles to park. Fortunately the charger I could use worked perfectly.
