  Aaron and Michael were both very kind, polite, and professional when I came to pick up my vehicle. Over the phone, the other staff members are also very polite and professional. I have had bad experiences at other Enterprise locations, but I would recommend this location to anybody looking for a rental.

  Close to chevy dealership. Quick ftiendly service. Good selection of cars. Brought back and had both put quite enough gas back in, was about a gallon short. I rented it was 3/4 full so had to guess on the gas. They comped me the gas. Even though I was only going across the street they still shuttles me to the car dealership where my car was being repaired. Price was what I expected to pay to rent a car for a week amd half. Pleases with service and the friendly attention.

  Brian at the balboa location was rude and extremely unhelpful. My car broke down today and I was stranded for hours. I had to pay $350 to get my car towed and then uber to enterprise. I had my temporary DMV license on my phone and he said I needed a paper copy and suggested I go to DMV to pick it up… without a car? He said I couldn’t use their printer either. I’ve never had such terrible service in my life. I will not be using this company again. Have some humility people!

  The workers here went above and beyond for me helped transport me to the auto body shop due to a car accident was super helpful at helping me find a vehicle I was comfortable with and met all my needs They were super understanding of my situation and always patient with me and my toddlers I will always go to this exact location thank you guys for all the help !

  Great experience here. Wonderful staff, all very friendly and helpful. Thorough in evaluating the car I picked before leaving the lot, they found a nail in one of the tires (I believe it was Michael) and found me another vehicle shortly after that I liked. One day after I got my rental car the service light came on. No problem, they were quick to have me come in to exchange it when I was able to. They were also happy to give me a ride home during rental return (though I do live in close proximity, still very nice of them to do that). Definitely a great group of people.
