- YIYolanda Itete6 days ago3.0When I returned the vehicle and asked if I needed a ride back and said yes when I got inside the waiting area to set that up I was not acknowledged at all and that is bad customer service in my eyes. I should have been acknowledged and if needed to hold would have explained that but not one word was said. But the car itself was great and when I picked up the vehicle service was great a gentleman named Brian assisted.
