  Great service, even though it was busy they handled everything so well and smoothly. Mike Smith was extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend renting from here

  Picked up a car at Balboa Ave location. Did all the online registration and uploaded credit card info. Still wait 20 minutes to receive the car AND had to provide credit card again. Double work is a waste of time. Car was not clean upon delivery but I did not want to wait another 20 minutes for another one. To top it off, the AC was not putting out cold air suddenly, so I had to turn it on and off while driving for cold air to come through. AVIS has better cars and better service.

  Worst rental experience ever. When I called to make the rental appointment, I told them I would be using a Visa Debit Card, and wanted to make sure that was ok. I know non-Visa linked bank cards don't work, so I made sure it was clear I could use mine. When I got to the rental center, I gave them my insurance, drivers license and Visa card. Then they said I could not use that card because I have an out of state driver's license. How would the consumer even guess at some made up rule like that? And really? As a car rental company, do they never deal with people with out of state licenses? Ridiculous. So I had to cancel my road trip and I spent $80 in Lyft fees getting to and from the rental facility. I will NEVER use them again and renter beware: ask them about all the ways they WON'T rent to you in advance. Better yet, use someone else.

  Very accommodating even when busy. The manager (I believe his name was Brian) was able to get us into a car in a pinch after we showed up un announced. Our car was getting serviced at the dealer when they told us they would need the car overnight and they had all their loaners out already. We then got a call the next day that our car wouldn't be ready for 4 more days now... called enterprise and got an extension easily over the phone. No issues! We got a black convertible ecoboost Mustang (newest generation). The exterior was showing signs of heavy automatic car wash use but wasn't an eyesore by any means! Looked great from anything further than 5ft. Google says the mpg of those cars is 24ish in the city, I got 22.7 mpg. Pretty good! Everything functioned properly on the vehicle, might have pulled just a hair to the left but not a big deal to me for the short duration I had it and not annoying. 10/10. Will rent from Enterprise again! They handled a SUPER busy day very quickly and I think a guy from corporate was just breathing down everyones neck too while I was there. They did great and still acted the same towards me when the corporate boss guy was not around!
