My rental agreement requested a luxury car. I received a Chevrolet due to no luxury car availability in San Diego at one of the off site Enterprise locations. Stick to the airport locations if you really need a guaranteed luxury car.

The location in the hotel is nice. Hence, I believe the customer service is kinder here. The rental vehicles are on the 6th level of the parking garage so it gives you time to warm up and be familiar with a new car.
