  Booked a Premium car, but at the time of pickup, I was only given the option of lower-tier vehicles: intermediate/full-size sedans (Sentra/Altima) or a compact SUV (Eclipse). The agent never offered to adjust or lower the charges to match the vehicle I actually received. Why would anyone pay for a higher-tier car only to be forced into a lower-end vehicle without an automatic refund?

  Car got a check engine light and was told to come to this location. Waited 20 minutes to be told they didn't have a car and go to the airport. They said they didn't have the airports number to call and check which is absurd. Terrible service. Never rent from here.

  Called to rent a car here, got a reservation number and everything ready over the phone. Immediately uber to the location for $35 to pick up the car and complete the booking. Arrive and they tell us they have no vehicles available for two days. Completely wasted our time and money to get there.

  Made my reservation on line. When the time came went to pick up my car. It was fast and easy. In a matter of 10 minutes after I checked in at the pick up counter, I was on the road.
