  Arrived to pick up my car after checking in online. Was told there were no cars. Only one person working counter. When she finally got a car, she locked herself out of the key box and had to wait ten minutes for reset. Then she decided another person was up next for a car and gave them a car before me. Another agent finally arrived and proceeded to give a car to someone who arrived after me. When I pointed out I was next, she said since I checked in online, I had not shown up in the que. When I was finally given a car, it was a Durango, not the Cadillac or Audi I had reserved. The delay in getting a car caused me to be late for a doctor's appointment. Upon return, agent proceeded to check the tread wear on each tire as if i had swapped the tires or something. A Very disappointing experience all around. I have a reservation for a BMW next week. Agent told me he couldn't guarantee a car would be available. Am considering canceling. Haven't had such a bad experience from Enterprise before.

  I rented a Nissan Altima from the Enterprise location at San Diego International Airport on the night of June 6 while visiting San Diego for a conference. When we picked up the vehicle, there was already a noticeable marijuana odor inside. Due to travel fatigue, we did not report it immediately. However, after using the vehicle for several days, the smell has become much stronger and quite unpleasant. We are scheduled to return the vehicle on June 13 and would appreciate it if Enterprise could note that this odor was present when the vehicle was provided to us, as we do not want any misunderstanding regarding the condition of the car upon return. Thank you for your assistance.

  Mercedes we rented was kind of falling apart. Tires were low and then once filled the sensor would not go off. The shocks were horrible, and something rattles in the back. We had it for two weeks and just expected better.

  Great customer service. I have always rented from the enterprise and they are always good to customer. Good selection of cars and great price.

  Absolutely scummy business practices, I was sent a letter saying I owe over $1k for a small scratch on a car I rented over two months ago. Never received an email or anything, just a letter in the mail. You can’t even see it in the pictures included with the claim. The people working there assured me it was no big deal, for all i know it could have been on the car before I rented it; that’s how small it was. I know I didn’t hit anything on the trip. Safe to say I won’t ever be renting anything from this company again.
