  I typically avoid this branch as it is a smaller branch with a small parking lot so the selection is bit small. I can here to return my rental when the office door was closed, locked, and the lights were off. A note on the door saying "I will return shortly. An immediate emergency." No timing of when they will return. When they did show up (I've been waiting for 30mins) there was no apology for being closed. Just let me get you checked out and I hope you weren't here that long type of mentality but if you were too bad. Rent from the other locations... You'll have less of a headache.

  If you want a specific type of rental like a minivan or pickup don't bother! If you need any car just be prepared for poor service. Got a call the day before saying we won't have your car... Called back and talked to the manager (Jacob), only for him to hang up on me for politely but firmly telling him he needs to honor the reservation. I said something similar or larger will suffice but can't do that either. Only something smaller than my needs, less than what I reserved... So like the Seinfeld episode, "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to KEEP the reservation".

  I rented from Enterprise at San Diego International Airport a one way to Rancho Bernardo California. I then rented another one way from Rancho Bernardo to San Diego International Airport. I had two cars for a total of six days. Both cars were immaculate and very new. Ryan at San Diego International Airport and Collin at the Rancho Bernardo Branch delivered First Class Service ! I highly recommend Enterprise Rental Car!
