  We were SO nervous about to and from the car rental place due to it being "off property" from the airport but the directions that came in the texts/emails were 100% helpful. Once we got to the location, the rental "counter" in the garage was easy to find and GARY was THE MAN! He was so cordial, helpful and made sure to answer any and all questions we had. He's definitely an asset to the company! Pickup was easy. Return was another story but that had nothing to do with Enterprise. GOOGLE MAPS led us on a wild goose chase to try to figure out where we were going! I suggest taking a look around the car rental facility to find out the driveways for returning cars and weary of Google Maps.

  I have always rented cars with Enterprise when I need to. This Mother’s Day, I rented a vehicle and I picked it up in San Diego airport. The person that helped me get the car was very rude and seemed like was bothered by me every time I asked a question he seemed to be annoyed. He made a change to my reservation drop off without even letting me know or asking me for my approval, which cost me a big headache because at the end the day before the drop off, I got a text message to confirm drop off location and they was at a different place not at the one that I chose when I made the reservation at the beginning. When I called to try to solve this issue, they were trying to charge me $350 more for the change made when I picked up the vehicle finally, I got to spoke to somebody the fourth person on the day of drop off and she was able to help me make the change to the drop off again to the destination that I want without charging me the $350 fee. I am thankful for her. But the guy at San Diego he was really a jerk for doing that and for ruining the end of my Mother’s Day vacation.

  Probably one of my favorite Enterprises’ experiences. I arrived to San Diego for a vacation with family. Upon arrival, Ryan was super helpful and personal. We asked him about food places that he would recommend while we visited San Diego. The recommendations didn’t disappoint us. The car was clean and well maintained. It was a great way to start our trip. When we returned, Adrian was super friendly and wanted to ensure we had a good experience with Enterprise. I’ve rented from competitors in the past but this experience has turned me into a loyal Enterprise customer. Ryan and Adrian- Thank you again for your passion of great customer service. You truly are amazing assets to the Enterprise company. We will have to visit San Diego again soon

  The entire staff at the San Diego airport Enterprise was EXCEPTIONAL!! I wish I knew all of their names. I was not happy with your WE PICK options! So the very friendly, professional lady who checked us in talked to her manager and we were given a brand new Mini SUV.( Even the lady who was at the gate when we drove out was extremely nice and friendly) I LOVED THAT VEHICLE. When I returned the car I was treated exceptionally friendly and professional by a man named Jesus.Even though I am an Enterprise loyality member, there have been times I have wondered about other rent a car agencies But after the absolute top notch all around EXCEPTIONAL service I recieved in San Diego I will forever ONLY rent from Enterprise Rent a Car THANK YOU Mary Abigail Kane-Berghash

  The process from counter to car was quick. The problem is with all the fees they tack on to increase profit. Concession Recovery Fee (11.11%) Vehicle License Recovery Fee ($1.61 / Day) Customer Facility Charge ($12.00 / Day) I did pay for the pre-paid fuel. So, there was a sales tax added along with the fuel charge, fine. When everything is nickel and diming to increase profit. It's frustrating. I hate today's companies that are all about eking out every cent they can make. The other issue was the car. We just needed a compact car. The Audi A3 they gave us had shock issues and the braking was a bit wonky. Everything else was fine. Some minor dents and scratches everywhere, it's a rental.
