  I got a call from my Phoenix office asking me to be at a meeting at 8am the next morning. It was too late to book a flight, so I made a quick reservation at the local Enterprise office. They didn’t have the car I reserved, but Aaron the manager on duty, upgraded me to full sized Audi A6 which made the long drive much more comfortable. Thanks again to the Miramar East location!

  We originally rented from another source and for safety reason, we had to cancel that reservation and desperately, we called enterprise and helped us right away! Brittney was so helpful with such a positive attitude, which we needed at that time Since we were in panic mode. Thank you, Brittney! Car was very clean and gave us a very reliable Vehicle for the trip we were going to go to.

  Two locations I frequent deserve kudos for outstanding service. Kearny Mesa on Balboa and the Miramar East location have fantastic customer service representatives and have always had vehicles that I needed especially during this most recent emergency that I needed a car immediately thank you to all the staff and great people at Enterprise I will use them repeatedly in the future

  It began when I opened the app, selected my vehicle, and used my points to secure a free rental only two days before pickup. The young man at the desk recognized me from a rental I had taken a month earlier, which was a small but welcome sign of continuity. In short order, Brittany, a courteous and capable young woman, walked me out to the lot with two sets of keys and a few solid options. I made my choice, she gave me a concise rundown of the policies and services, handed over the keys, and sent me off smoothly and in good style. And the return has escaped my memory, though I remember it as brief and courteous.

  I am leaving this review to warn other consumers and to place on public record the conduct of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Miramar, San Diego. — A charge of $1,600 was applied to my bank account for alleged vehicle damage BEFORE the car had been returned or inspected by any Enterprise employee. — The vehicle was returned to a different location. The San Diego team that raised the damage claim never saw the vehicle. No inspection ever took place. — At contract renewal, the location manager disclosed the vehicle had a pre-existing maintenance/alarm issue. We asked why a vehicle with known issues was rented to us. That pre-existing condition now conveniently forms the basis of their damage claim. — After the contract was officially closed, Enterprise made three consecutive attempts to charge a further $460 to our account without authorization. — Our security deposit has not been returned. I have filed formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the California Attorney General’s Office. If you are considering renting from this location, please protect yourself. Document everything, photograph the vehicle from every angle, and get everything in writing before you drive away.
