  Accused me of damaging my rental a month after I returned the car and now I owe money for something I didn’t do. The person who I returned the car to didn’t even look at my car when I returned it because they were so overwhelmed and short staffed. A month later I receive a claim in the mail for an entire missing hub cab? Do not recommend this location.

  SUV rental was a breeze and pricing beat everything else in San Diego. Vehicle was clean, ready to go and in excellent condition. Customer service plays a big part at this location too. Had some toll road matters that were confusing at first, but Kaitlin cleared everything up efficiently and quickly ... all while being very friendly and kind. I was impressed. Cam was also a big help with pre-booking questions. See you again soon! Thank you

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We arrived at 10:00 a.m. with a confirmed reservation and took a $15 Uber to this location, only to be told that Enterprise would not rent us a car because we were outside a supposed 24-hour window from our arrival in the United States. We offered our driver’s license, passport, and departure flight information, but the manager refused to help. She would not provide her name and repeatedly told us to “check the website” for the policy. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We then had to pay for another Uber to the airport rental center, where Hertz rented us a vehicle immediately using the exact same license and passport that Enterprise had rejected. What made the experience even worse was the lack of basic customer service. When we expressed our frustration and asked for help, the manager responded with a sarcastic laugh. It was shocking and disrespectful. I have never been treated this way by a rental car company. Because of this experience, I will never rent from Enterprise again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I would not want anyone else to experience the same treatment.
