  Best customer service! The car we had reserved ended up not being available for our pick up time. They promptly alerted us to the issue and offered alternatives. They quickly got us in a rental and sent us on our way!

  I had a particularly bad customer service experience at this location with Hannah. Very rude and unwilling to help. I would not want her representing my business.

  Had a bad experience here and would not recommend this location. The car I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up at the reservation time. That was very odd fiven there were several vehicles of that type sitting in their lot. I spoke with 2 employees including Hanah and the other manager and they were both rude and unhelpful. They argued with me instead of finding me a solution. I ended up arriving late to my destination because of their incompetence and lack of customer service. Find another location.

  Worst customer service i have ever experienced! Avoid this location at all costs especially if you are sent here from enterprise road side assistance, demand another location. While travelling to san diego in an enterprise rental, the car broke down the morning our family was supposed to leave for an 8 hour road trip. Enterprise road assistance had the car towed and sent me to this location to get a new car. I called this location twice before arriving to make the situation clear and make sure there would be a car for me. They made no effort to give me a car so i could get out of my airbnb on time and get on the road evwn though they physically had several cars in the lot. They had 4 cars sitting there and they refused to give me one, stating other reservations took priority over me, even though it was enterprises fault i was even there in the first place. I was there with a pile of my stuff and 2 car seats, everything that was in the car when it broke down. None of the employees here had any sympathy for my situation or understanding that Enterprise caused this situation and they certainly disnt care to try to help me. I lost hours of my last vacation day, experienced unnecessary stress WHILE PREGNANT and was treated with attitude by rude manangers. I truly cant believe the way this location treated me, the customer service in Tucson is amazing, the people here should go train in Tucson and learn how to be reasonable human beings.
