  I had a short trip to San Diego and needed to rent a car. I booked the car (a Nissan Sentra) online through enterprise.com, and went to the office at 2780 Garnet Ave. for pickup and drop-off. Everything went so smooth and the price was reasonable. The car was in very good condition and pretty clean. The staff were friendly and knew their job very well. Not a bit of time wasted. No unneeded discussion. The location was great, close to a car wash and a gas station, and in a 5 minute walking distance of my place, i.e. La Quintas Inn at 4610 De Sotto Street. So, the pickup and drop-off was very easy and quick. This was my second time I rented a car from enterprise, and both experiences were excellent.

  I rent from enterprise often as I am always traveling for work. This location had the worst customer service and was not willing to assist in anyway. I made a reservation for 530pm. I arrived At exactly 600pm. To which I did not realize they closed at that time. I walked In, stated that and apologized. The staff member said sorry we are closed. I explained That it took Me over 30 mins to travel here and that I had a reservation, is there anyway that she could still help me get a vehicle. She said no, everything is locked up and the gates are closed. I said Can you see that you had a reservation at 530? She says yes but it’s now 601. But you can come back in the morning and we will help you then. I then Asked if she could cancel it and Change the location, to which she responded, sure but all locations close at 6 except the airport. Not only was she rude, but Her unwillingness to help in that moment shows her complete lack of customer service. I did Not get her name was but she was a tall, thin blonde woman.

  I rented a car from Enterprise today on Garnett. The branch was staffed by only Zach and one other gentleman helping him to move cars. Even though it was busy I observed Zach handle the situation professionally. He portrayed a sense of calm competence. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable, moving quickly without feeling rushed. Great service. Thank you.

  Staff were very courteous and professional. Car was clean and good shape and worked well for our trip.

  We stopped at this location to see if we could get our tire pressure checked on our rental before the drive back to Portland, OR. Service was friendly and quick, would rent here when flying into the area on future visits.
