  I recently visited the Enterprise on Miramar Road and received some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The Assistant Branch Rental Manager, Jae Johnson, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive to my needs It's rare to see this level of dedication to customer care. Thank you, Jae, and thank you Enterprise for a seamless experience! Will definitely be back.

  I visited this location to rent a Nissan Pathfinder and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The representative, Jay, was not very helpful when I asked for assistance with my reservation and application. When I had questions about the protection plan and coverage for my children traveling with me, the explanation was unclear and the conversation felt argumentative rather than informative. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was the manager, and when I requested a business card, he said he did not have one. Overall, I felt that customer service could be improved significantly. I hope management reviews this feedback and focuses on providing a more welcoming and helpful experience for future customers.

  Very very helpful staff. Professional. Booked online will speed up the car pick up process, truly recommended. Big shout out to Brianna. Thanks for offering to send me back to my hotel when there’s no uber to pick me up.

  Bree and Charlie provided absolutely fantastic service. Even though I made a last-minute reservation over a busy holiday weekend, they went above and beyond to find me a car. Later, when I encountered an issue with the vehicle during my rental, they were incredibly supportive and quickly arranged a replacement for me while I was on the road. Thank you so much, Bree and Charlie, for the outstanding customer care!

  I am a longtime customer of Enterprise, but this was the first time I rented from this location -- 6620 Mira Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92121. Charlie Wilson and Brianna Penaflor are the best rental manager duo I have worked with. We needed a month long rental for personal travel (a longstanding anniversary trip) and running errands (that included important medical appointments) all while we were in the process of trying to purchase a new car! Charlie and Brianna provided us with a wonderful vehicle at a very good price/value point. Superior service from start to finish -- plus the same after we had returned the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle at the end of a very busy Friday, Charlie made sure that I was driven home in an Uber (that he personally took care of) so I would not be late for a family related activity. In my haste, I left some important personal items in my Enterprise rental, but Brianna put my valuables aside while keeping them safe over the weekend until I was able to pick them up at the start of the new week. I have always had a great experience with Enterprise, but this latest was the very best! Thank you Charlie and Brianna!
