  They’ll let you book a reservation.Then you’ll get a email confirming the reservation. Have you arrive just to tell you they don’t have a car for you. And if you call before that to confirm they’ll keep you on hold and say they never saw your call

  10/2/26 12pm - Needed a rental to get to work because someone stole my catalytic converters from my pickup. Entire time the "manager" and employee were bickering at each other and being hostile in front of myself and other customers. Very unprofessional conduct. The manager also immediately shut me down when I inquired about an employee discount through my employer, I had a code which she simply handed directly back to me and said, "I don't know how to do that." Couldn't rent because my card had a daily limit below the amount of time I needed the rental for. I've rented here on 2 past occasions with no damage or issues whatsoever. Employee offered me no option for shorter rental period or another less expensive rental that would meet said limit even though I asked and it was entirely possible. Very dismissive and unaccommodating. Treat customers like an inconvenience. I won't be back. Do better!
