  Great service and timely response, the ladies on the counter are nice and humble people , I was service led by Evelyn who was so slammed in the morning with clients picking up the cars but she made sure everyone was addressed . I will suggest as customers we do the paperwork before hand so you can pick up the car and move along with your day . Great job enterprise team

  One of the best location I ever visited,the lady by the name Telly(sorry if I pronounced your name wrong) she is very helpful, she is quick no hustle, definitely I will come back again, I love this place thank you so much👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  This location is small but perfect! The young woman who helped us was so professional and helpful we wanted to give her a shoutout. Mia was great when we picked up the vehicle and when my husband dropped it off - It was a van and I had no idea how to fold down the seats and she showed us how and folded them all down as we had to transport some very long surfboards - I can’t thank you enough ! The van ran like a dream and the trip was a success ! Thank you

  I went to the El Cajon & 39th St location. I wanted to rent a small car. I'm just notv comfortable in a big car. It was Pride week & the whole city's rental cars had been gobbled up. I was told there were NO rental cars left at the airport location. Luckily, the great service I've experienced was in play. I was put on a wait list & notified just a few hrs.later. The process was quick & easy. The car was such a great fit that I ended up buying the same model to replace my car that had been totaled in an accident. Thomas took my initial call, helped me each time I went to the office & called to let me know I'd left personal objects in the trunk when I returned the car. They were waiting for me in the office when I arrived. Thomas was there offering to help me move them. THIS IS WHAT REAL SERVICE LOOKS LIKE! Thank YOU!
