  I brought our 4T Overland Edition Gazelle tent in to see if they could fix or replace the bug netting zippers on both doors which kept separating. Alex and Maria quickly assessed the issue was the slider and - get this - stopped what they both had been doing to fix it!! 10 minutes later I was out the door with a still functioning tent and learned a few things in the process. Quality people with expertise and a customer for life over here! Thanks so much for making my day. 🙌😊

  The worst service I've ever gotten. They took a deposit for canvas work, didn't hear from them for 2 months, and after repeated calls I found out they got my order wrong and they said they would get back to me. A month later I still haven't heard from them even after going into the store in person to address the issue.
