Had the worst experience here, just lies from the sales man First of, they take advantage of your situation so don’t over say anything,After we finished number Friday but my father in law works 6-7 days a week at that 14 hours days and he was signing for us out of state and they first told us they had to mail the actual paperwork from san diego to texas instead of just email it to a branch in texas and then printing them out, we were told this for the weekend, Sale man told us Monday they’ll have our paperwork ready, keep in mind his only day off was Sunday he would have to call off monday, will Monday hits and we decided to call calling world texas because we don’t get any updates about the paperwork because ready monday so we can and they tell us that the paperwork was actually ready saturday so it was unnecessary of my father in law to call off work which made it frustrating because he didn’t have to do all that, when it was ready, definitely would not recommend to do business here, would rather travel to AZ

I purchased our used 5th wheel from Camping World in Riverside Ca. Since it was used we purchased additional warranties and service plans to provide protection on the 5th wheel if we needed it. Since we live in the San Diego area we took our 5th wheel in for annual roof inspection and cracking on headrests of the recliners. Juan was our service representative. After initial inspection of roof we were told there were voids in the dicore on the roof and not covered. I made contact with Kerry Collins of Camping World Riverside where we purchased the 5th wheel to discuss the issue and my displeasure of forking out money for warranties and denying coverage and all the sudden Camping World San Diego covered the roof issue. When we went to pick up the 5th wheel we noticed they had damaged the wedge attached to the pin box with the forklift used to move the 5th wheel. Even though they said they would replace the damaged part they have not followed through to date. On the issue of the cracks in the recliner headrests it has taken 2.5 months and multiple attempts to contact via phone and emails to finally hear that the claim was denied. They could not tell me when or why it was denied and I should try contacting the warranty company myself. I just got off the phone with Camping World Riverside and they said they would speak with their service department and see if they can assist in resolving our issues. At this point even though i live 20 minutes from Camping World San Diego I will not be dealing with them moving forward. I had informed them that their service and communication was poor and I would be writing a less than satisfactory review and they didn’t seem to care.

⭐ 0/5 Stars I paid $26,000 in cash for an RV from Camping World San Diego, and this was one of the worst buying experiences of my life. On the same day I took the RV home, I discovered serious damage inside. The interior walls started falling apart, and it became clear that the RV had major problems that were not disclosed to me before the sale. I called the dealership many times asking for help, but no one took responsibility. Before I paid, they promised, "We'll help you with anything you need." After they received my money, they stopped answering my calls and ignored my requests. I feel completely misled and very disappointed. If you are thinking about buying an RV from Camping World San Diego, inspect everything very carefully and do not rely on verbal promises. Be careful stole your money especially manager over there is really bad person
