  TINY, not about to shop the store, but I was able to order parts ahead and pick them up. Staff was pleasant and polite ❤️

  I want to thank Halee for her patience in showing us and explaining in detail every single RV they had in the lot, she answered all our questions and we never felt pressured into buying, Dad for the time and help he provided myself and my family while buying our new and first travel trailer. Thanks to the entire team, Dad, Andy, Ricky and Carlos who provided exellent service to us

  I brought my RV in because the battery was visibly leaking acid, a serious safety concern. After their inspection, I was told nothing was wrong and sent on my way. Within hours, the batteries began smoking. If I hadn't caught it in time, my RV could have caught fire. This is completely unacceptable. A leaking battery is not something that should be missed during an inspection, and sending a customer home with that condition is dangerous negligence, not just poor service. I trusted Camping World to keep me safe, and they failed at the most basic level. When I called back for help the next day, I was told I'd have to drop off the entire RV for a few days, in the middle of my trip and there was nothing they could do for me in the meantime. No urgency, no accountability, no apology for the safety risk they created. I asked if they could just give me a new battery and they refused, told me the only way to get it replaced would be to drop it off for inspection of the entire rv, something they said was already done when I initially dropped it off. I am deeply disappointed and genuinely shaken by this experience. This wasn't just an inconvenience it was a situation that could have cost me my RV, my belongings, or worse. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle safety.

  This has to be the WORST option for any repairs or service, a tree branch fell on my awning, destroying it, I called service at this location since it was real close to where I was, Ericka said I could bring the trailer for them to do an estimate and after a deposit I could order the parts, takes two weeks or so. I drove the trailer with the awning sort of hanging on one side but secured by rope. I walked in Ericka was munching on some sort of snack, did not put down the bag at any time, chewing while talking... I asked her if she remembered the call, she said yes came out, looked and said she would get her technician to come and look at it, she asked if I lived in it which to what I told her no, just for her to ask me again as if the first no wasn't sufficient... I waited and waited, nothing, since I had my dogs in the truck and had it running for the AC, I went back towards where she went just to see her chatting with some other employee, finally when she saw me she raised her finger as to signal to wait for her and said 5 mins as she was walking away with said employee, to what I said I had to go and had been waiting already, she then went to get a technician and the guy came out saw the obvious and said it had to be replaced, he greeted me in Spanish and I replied to him in Spanish, but I had talked to Ericka in English so I don't understand when she attempted to translate when she clearly heard me speak Spanish two minutes before... she insisted we should remove it, but I told her no it was fine as I wanted to get it done all at once. I asked for the estimate and she said it would take about a day, they took pictures, etc. Next day comes and I called her, she said "oh my technician didn't send it yet?" I said no, she said she would call me back in 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I called again and she was surprised it had not been done and said "I will jump in and get it done for you, give me 20 minutes" she called back 40 minutes later to say she had sent the estimate. Low and behold the "estimate" was nothing but some rough estimate prices on the body of an email, no labor hours detail or part numbers, then said " my parts department will find you the best prices" umm you are supposed to get the prices for an estimate, just because it is an estimate does not mean you just write random numbers, I wrote back to tell her that was not even an estimate and why that took over a day. I honestly do not care for her to reply, I am certainly not giving them my business with that ridiculous lack of customer service. It took 4 calls and making the trip there for her out of her hat approximation of cost. And she signed her email as "fixed operations director" wow the woman who cannot put down her snack bag and stop chewing while talking to a customer? or clean out the dried out buggers off her nose, yes it was disturbing to see, hello check the mirror.
