  I shattered my back glass window this morning in a parking garage and was calling other glass repair companies to see if they could fix my back window. Most companies I called didn’t repair back windshields and another company actually recommended me to call Broadway Auto Glass. Gave them a call immediately to inquired if they would be able to replace the back windshield of my 2021 Acura RDX. They had a windshield available and told me to come in today for the repair. I arrived shortly after I called and they replaced my window immediately, taking less than a hour and a half to complete the job. Jesse was so helpful and even offered to file an insurance claim on my behalf. I was extremely please with the customer service and window replacement. I am returning again to fix my front windshield in a couple weeks. Highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking to repair any windows in their vehicle!

  Car got broken into over the weekend, called a few places for quote, they gave me the best rate, said job would take about two hours, car was ready in record time included window tint and cleaning all broken glass from vandalizaton. Pictures on internet looked like the shop was big with a large stock of replacement glass, shop was very clean. Only bad thing I can say, is that they need to keep an air conditioned waiting area, not good to not have AC during a heat wave, but there are local restaurants and shops one can visit while waiting.

  We are from Arizona and staying in OB for the month. Somehow, we got a crack in our windshield that kept growing and I didn't want to chance driving back to AZ with it. I called our insurance, State Farm, and Broadway Auto Glass was on their short list of recommended providers. I dropped the car off, picked it up a few hours later and my windshield is brand new! Service was friendly. Highly recommend.
