My car had a. Check engine light. I went in the store and I asked the attendant in this case the store manager to use the diagnostic machine they have to get the code from my car, if there was one. The manager hand me the machine and told me that I could check it myself. I told him that I have never used that machine and in all Auto zones the employees connect the machine and printed out the code. The store manager was rude and entitled. I was wearing a short dress and he still expected me to bend over and plug in the machine to the car. I requested another employee because he was impossible to work with and he refused to let someone else help me. The manager was creepy and rude.

So disappointed. I usually go to this location and the workers are super nice and helpful, however just went there about an hour ago and whoever the lady at the register lacks customer service. I usually go in and ask for help on finding my oil and filter given I have no knowledge about cars. She proceeded to stare at me like if I was speaking a foreign language when I asked for help, keep in mind I was not the only customer there complaining. This lady should not be working the front desk given she lacks basic common sense.
