  that's funny how one of these photos shows a mom with her twins and a guy helping her. I went in with my twins trying to find an engine air filter with my and there were two men behind the counter and no other customers, they were having a discussion, they pointed to a wall with many filters across the store and said it was over there. I had to spend about 15 minutes trying to find it after having to google it. ( thank you Google) when I was there a woman came in needing a battery and they said they couldn't go out there and help her they were busy. my son and I put the filter in and apparently ripped the hose, I didn't know that until later and a girl pulled up next to us under the light and borrowed a machine to help her read what was wrong with her car, she was parked next to a sign that said no parking but it was late at night and its not a safe area. in the pkg lot the other lady was struggling with her battery, the girl next to me said they would not come out and help her with the reader, I know other stores have helped people. and then I guess the owner came and started yelling at her for where she was parked and told her to move her car she was trying to tell him that she needed the light and he said he didn't care and to get out of there, he was parked right behind her and she couldn't move, after he went off on her he finally moved his car a little so she said okay and I'm taking this (the reader?) with me and left. I thought that was kind of funny considering, I will never go back there. Those three Men were awful to us three women asking for help at night time.

  Had a lovely experience! We were helped by the kindest workers. We had a a difficult key situation and they made it workout so easy for me and my family! Thank you to Jaylen and Gustavo and the rest of the team ❤️

  Mario and Abdi was soooooo helpful!!! I’m just a girl who had battery issues and they treated me like I was their own child or lady helping me !!! I appreciate you both a bunch thaaaaank yoooou

  I’ve waited in line and told her what I need she checked and told me to go grab it instead of her bringing the item I need and I had to wait in line twice what a poor service

  Have come by this AutoZone a few times. And the times that I have run into Gustavo, the store manager have always been positive. He attended me with a full and positive attention last night and made me feel like I wanted to come back to this specific AutoZone whenever I need something. Awesome experience. Thank you!
