My recently-acquired car was having battery problems while I was on vacation, so I stopped by this AutoZone location. I arrived shortly before they closed so I was worried that they wouldn't be able to help me, but Mr. Diaz took care of me! He tested my old battery, confirmed that it was bad, grabbed a new one, and installed it for me. Mr. Diaz saved my vacation, and for that I'm grateful.

Jose R (commercial driver and customer satisfaction) went above and beyond helping me this morning. I came in super stressed after my temperature light came on. I know absolutely nothing when it comes to cars. He found me what I needed, filled my coolant, noticed it was leaking, and proceeded to try to help figure out where the leak was coming from. He helped me take videos to send my mechanic, and found where there was a disconnected hose. I seriously can’t thank him enough. There’s no way I would’ve noticed the leak, if I would have filled it myself. He saved me from severe engine damage and probably thousands of dollars in repairs. He is amazing. Thank you so much!
