  My battery died and Angel walked over, jump started it so we could get it closer to the store and replaced my battery. He was such a lifesaver. Thank you Angel.

  I visited the AutoZone location in Tierra Santa because it is the closest store to my home, and I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The store manager, Roxana, was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I was simply asking questions about parts I was interested in purchasing, which is a normal part of any customer transaction. Instead of providing assistance, she became visibly irritated, slammed her hands on the computer monitor, and repeatedly asked whether I was going to buy something or not. She told me to leave the store because she “didn’t have the patience” to answer my questions. The situation escalated even further when she challenged me to go outside to the parking lot and fight her. As a customer, I was shocked and appalled by this behavior. No customer should ever be treated with hostility, intimidation, or threats by a store manager. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way I was treated and believe this conduct is completely unacceptable for someone representing AutoZone. Employees, especially managers, are expected to maintain professionalism and provide respectful customer service, regardless of the situation. I will be escalating this matter to AutoZone corporate management and pursuing all available channels to ensure this incident is properly investigated. I am also exploring whether additional legal action is appropriate based on the threats and hostile behavior I experienced. Customers deserve a safe and respectful environment, and what occurred during my visit fell far below any reasonable standard of customer service. I strongly urge AutoZone to review this incident and take appropriate corrective action so that no other customer has to endure this type of treatment

  Great service I was able to be helped with my oil change and extra items that I needed for my oil changed the team. Here are knowledgeable of helping customers. Nadia was the one that helped me out very knowledgeable. Store number 4138.

  Amazing experience, went there with an unknown issue with my truck. My pregnant wife, and two year old and I were stranded. Team helped me diagnose on the spot. Turned out I needed a part from a different location and Kevin drove over and picked it up for me. Even though he was supposed to be getting off soon. Forever grateful for the team here
