  Fernando did a great job and helped me with my car. He tested my battery and it needed to be replaced. He helped me choose the right battery at the cost I could afford. He replaced it for me and it was done fast, easy and affordable!!!

  I had my receipt bought some items two days ago, came to this store and Miguel C. told me I had to go to the location where I bought it, he said it’s only 5 miles, well but I’m here and it does not state anywhere in the return policy that I’m supposed to… he didn’t want to, finally I asked for the manager and they did the return, but this shouldn’t be this way, specially this store that is so busy and makes a huge profit.

  I was helped by Diana today. Even though she was the only employee at the front, She was still able to direct me to exactly what I needed (brake fluid) while she was still helping multiple people. I also needed to do a return, so after checking to see if the product I had was unused, she helped me return some rotors I didn’t need. She also recognized me from my original purchase and made me feel welcome.

  Where do I start? I’m always a bit nervous when it comes to car parts because I have tons of questions and the people at the register never seem to have much patience. I want to recognize everyone at this location for just having a positive attitude & being eager to help any way they can. Chris H was my first interaction & I had multiple questions lined up for a battery I was interested in purchasing. He answered them throughly with a smile on his face & even installed it for me. I don’t write reviews often but I had to… it’s not often your shopping experience is a 10 out of 10. I can genuinely say today was. Chris is a Gent & I’m glad I got the opportunity to meet him. Thanks to the outstanding team & Chris H I will be returning to this location in the future.
