  After being recommended to go to AutoZone for a free computer check to determine the cause of my cars issue, the clerk didn't want to provide that service. First time an auto parts clerk wouldn't even view my car to offer a suggestion. I had to ask where I should get a diagnosis and he says to return in a. m. when supposedly mobil mechanics hang out looking for work. I know I won't return here.

  Shout out to Raul! The commercial manager at this auto zone, not only was he super knowledgeable, but his attention to detail and care for my needs were extremely helpful.

  If you're in San Diego and need assistance, this Auto Zone is great. The employees were nice and helpful. Recommend / Military Discount is a plus.

  I usually don't write reviews, but I was so happy with the service I received that I had to share. Kevin at AutoZone did a great job! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help me without me even having to ask. It’s rare to find such proactive customer service, and his assistance made my trip a breeze. Highly recommend this location!

  I came yesterday morning just for a tail light. A sir named Carlos asked if I needed help. He was so quick to point that my bulb is in that aisle. He said a number to me and then rushed away to the back. 2 other workers were busy. So I waited because I wasn’t sure what type of bulb I needed if I needed led or not. I had to wait almost 10 minutes before May finished with her customer and could help me. She was so helpful. We started all over with what my car was and then she took me to my bulb. Got me my correct bulbs. What I didn’t like was after she asked me if I had a phone number I said no. Then she she asked if I wanted to sign up for one. I said no. She also asked me if I needed air fresheners for my car. I said no. It is so unnecessary to ask for all of this. If I wanted an air freshener I would have gotten one while waiting for service. And I absolutely do not want to be pressed about having a rewards account. I will tell you if I have one. Carlos should be retrained.
