  0/5 if I could. A complete waste of time. Both owners are lame and shady. Wanted to love my experience and support this business (both locations) but the lack of professionalism with things as basic as scheduling makes me wish I could go back in time and just find someone else to do it. This review is for both locations (City Heights and National City, ran by Hector and Jose respectively). Initial appointment was for NC location for their summer special of full tint + sun strip + car detail. The process took NC team 4 hours only for them to not put the sun strip nor actually detail the car. Jose scheduled me to go to the CH location for both the following week to make it more convenient for me AND I even confirmed with their detailing guy to make sure everyone knew what day/time to be there (9am on a Saturday). A week later, I get there only to see that the shop isn't even open and no one is there.... I call Hector and he says we're on our way, gets there and opens shop, only to tell me it'll take a few hours and we can't guarantee the detail will be done today. I wait there another 3 hours for them to put in JUST the sun strip and last minute someone is able to detail my car. For the many inconveniences Hector says he'll grant me two free details to use whenever in the future, chill, or so I thought. Month goes by and I try to use one of the free details. Over the span of three weeks trying to call or text Hector with sparse answers but promises to get a detail to me, Hector stops responding. I call the shop and get told he's away on a family emergency. I call the NC location to see if they can help and after 3 days of calling them, Jose finally answers and sets me up with an appointment the following weekend to get a detail. Get there right on the scheduled time only to find that the shop is closed again and NC shop isn't answering my calls. Funny enough, I call them from a private number and it's answered immediately. Jose says "oh yeah they'll be there in 10 minutes". Detail guy shows up only to service another car and has to call ANOTHER detail person to come detail my car. I have now wasted a total of 10+ hours in time, gas, and money on my weekends over the span of 2 months for what was supposed to be a tint and a detail service. Lack of the ability to do a basic service, yanking the chain for time and scheduling, multiple no shows, lies to my face about promises, and even resorting to ghosting my calls is laughable, a display of incredibly piss-poor professionalism, and a blatant attempt to stiff a customer for no reason. I, and anyone who asks, will never give these guys any further business. I want a refund lol. Edit: Jose calls me to say "we saw your review, this will be the last detail from us." Edit 2 (6/26/26): The detail guy who finally detailed my vehicle, WG, informs me that Jose/the team wants to make amends and offer me a paint correction to do so. Could not give me a date and time and address of where/when the service will occur but I'll see what happens. I am extremely open to making amends but am very tired of false promises and pretenses. Hope this works out!

  Definitely an experience to remember, I shopped around a few shops getting quotes on a whole new audio system upgrade like everyone does before making a big purchase. But unlike many other shops AUDIO REALM took my attention real quick. Instead of putting a bunch of numbers on a paper and giving it to me, they took the time to walk me step by step on exactly everything I needed and the amount it would cost. They worked within my budget and gave me the best I could get with the amount I wanted to spend. Over all VERY PROFESSIONAL and gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You Also can’t forget the detail service provided there, ranging from exterior wash, interior, steam cleaning, ceramic coating, paint correction, window tinting, and Etc. They always get my truck looking brand new and are priced very reasonable. I couldn’t be more PLEASED AND IMPRESSED by this shop. Details are offered in house or even mobile. This is your ONE STOP SHOP for everything. Thank you to the team for taking care of me🙏

  They took in my car in to get washed pretty quick. Loved how my car came out looked brand new. Great communication always recommend my friends to come here for great service. :) my tires were looking crusty before and now they look sleekkkkkk

  Recently had my 4Runner detail and paint correction. Also , ceramic coating. My experience was excellent and really great 1000 percent satisfied

  I had an amazing experience getting my car ceramic coated here. The attention to detail was incredible they were able to remove all the scratches and completely bring my car back to life. The paint looks flawless now and the shine is unreal. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and take pride in what they do. Professional, honest, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect and restore their vehicle. Definitely worth it!
