I had the best experience here! Pierson did my oil change and are repairing my shocks and axles -- everything was done super quickly and efficiently. They are family owned and friendly, honest, and really know what they're doing. I appreciated how fast they got me in and kept me updated along the way. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, timely service!

They deserve the good reviews! Changed brakes at a reasonable price. Gave me an honest tip on the car’s shock absorber leaks, and its warranty coverage. If parts are covered by warranty they help you cut the costs.

It's ironic that I used to have my Mercedes serviced at Cupertino Mercedes many, many years ago when they were in Cupertino, and I recently found them again in Sunnyvale. The first time I went to ask a question about a battery, Nicole was very nice and answered my question. Several weeks later, my check engine light came on, so I made an appointment with Nicole to have the issue checked out and fixed. They found the problem and fixed it, at what I thought was a reasonable price. From what I see, they are very honest and really know what they're doing. I will take both of my Mercedes to them for servicing when needed, and you should too!

Reliable and repairs cost pretty close to estimate. I have an older SUV and they don’t push services you don’t need.
