I was involved in a collision with an employee from this location in which I was clearly not at fault, the driver refused to identify themselves and demanded I wait until a manager and or supervisor arrived, I was then given a business card no proof of insurance no form of identification just a business card, I was assured the issue would be handled, for them to then go behind my back falsify the claim and try to deem me at fault beyond unprofessional and absolutely disappointing. I don’t have time to deal with this kind of inconvenience and the management at this location should be ashamed of themselves.

They picked me up from the body shop after I dropped off my car, and were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.

I had an issue with a mistake on my file from 2021 and instead of helping me find a solution for a mistake from their previous employee the manager never took my calls and had her staff tell me she would she never asked me what happened even that experience in 2021 the car I was provided began rattling while on the freeway making me waste time and go back to swap it paid everything in full to be incorrectly listed on a do not rent list. They have you call a department that never answers or gets back to you but neither will the branch manager Tammy Zack was the only understanding one through this whole experience
