- SDstephanie dOct 8, 20265.0Alex and Eric did my oil change and service check up at Valvoline? They were very thorough and polite. I go there for every oil change and recommend them to anyone.
- VVVargasaOct 6, 20265.0Alex is the man! Him and the team there saved my car while it was overheating. He hooked me up with coolant made sure I had no leaks and got me going after he made sure everything was on the up and up! Thanks Alex.
- CVCaroline VielleOct 5, 20265.0I am excited with my oil change from Valvoline in San Bernardino on Highland Ave. Melissa and Gary were great and very helpful. I've been coming to this site for my oil change. Very informative and I understand things that are needed to keep my car running smoothly. Thank you, very much!!!
- PGPatricia GonzalezOct 3, 20265.0I’ve been coming here for my last few oil changes and the service is always great! I’ve gotten Alex the last couple of times and he is always very Friendly, professional and thorough with the explanation of what they’re doing to my car and what’s needed. I am 100% satisfied with the service from the entire staff.
- SGSarah GonzalesSep 14, 20261.0I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Mind you I’ve been taking my vehicle to Valvoline for years. I’ve never had issues with the services until July 31,2026. Two hours after the service I discovered a pool of oil underneath my vehicle. I immediately took it back to the shop. They redid the oil change but the damage had already been done. One month later my vehicle breaks down and my engine is completely shot. Now my vehicle is completely inoperable. I have a claim in progress but haven’t heard anything back for two months now. It is uncertain if they will take financial responsibility for their service error that lead to the engine failure. For that, I do not recommend taking a chance with this Valvoline. Below are photos of the pool of oil I discovered 2 hours after the service, and the remaining two photos are of the metal fragments I discovered in my vehicle’s oil the day my vehicle broke down.
