  Great experience, great & fast service. The team who worked on my oil change answered any questions that I had. Carlos the store manager even checked to see how we were doing and if we had any other questions. Everyone was really friendly. Will be coming back to this location again!

  I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They got my oil change done much faster than I expected, but what really impressed me was their customer service. They noticed my car was missing the oil filler cap, immediately ordered a replacement from O’Reilly Auto Parts, and had it delivered in about 10 minutes so I could leave with everything taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like that. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  During my recent visit, I experienced significant dissatisfaction with the service provided. As a regular customer, I had asked for a tire rotation, which I typically do during my oil changes. However, I encountered several issues that were not adequately addressed. Firstly, I noticed that a significant portion of the staff members were relatively inexperienced and lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to handle vehicle maintenance effectively. This lack of experience resulted in a second incident where a component of my car was damaged. The previous incident involved the oil valve, while this time, the bolt was broken due to excessive tightening of the tire. The company attempted to rectify the situation by referring me to a seemingly untrustworthy establishment. During my visit, I was pressured to purchase tires, which I declined which caused the person to be upset replying negative words in Spanish which I understood some and it was not nice. This behavior raised concerns about the company’s practices and its treatment of customers. Valvoline sent me to a poorly located establishment with a notorious reputation for being unsafe. While there, I witnessed two potential altercations between customers. Despite the unsafe environment, the company covered the cost of the broken knob but still charged me the tire rotation fee. This lack of accountability only added to my dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this company for any vehicle maintenance needs. Yes even a tire rotation. The combination of inexperienced staff, unethical practices, and a lack of accountability makes it an unreliable and untrustworthy establishment.
