  I love quick quack car wash it’s a place I can go and have me time clean my car and leave happy. The workers are so nice and friendly

  I had a very frustrating experience with Quick Quack Car Wash after their automated car wash damaged my vehicle. During the wash, their equipment ripped off my rear windshield wiper and caused multiple issues, including damage to the glass, paint, antenna, and interior cargo cover. When I brought this to their attention, their response was disappointing and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the damage on my car simply being over five years old. That’s their justification even though many vehicles older than five years go through car washes without being damaged. If their equipment is truly “calibrated weekly” as they claim, it should have detected resistance and stopped before causing damage. It didn’t. To make matters worse, their customer service was poor throughout the entire process. They initially reviewed my repair estimate (over $1,200) and offered only a fraction of the cost. Then they offered $500 but only if I paid everything out of pocket first and signed a liability release. When I declined, they completely denied the claim. This feels like a company policy designed to avoid responsibility rather than help customers. Based on my experience, there is a high risk of damage especially if your vehicle is over five years old and little to no support if something goes wrong. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you’re willing to take that risk.
