  I just got my car washed here and they did a really well good job. I appreciate how fast it was how easy it was, and Lorena who Was really sweet and showed up that we didn’t know how to do guided us I highly recommend This and it was really quick. We also got a membership.

  Came here for the free wash and it was amazing. It was so fun inside the actual car wash. Our car came out nice and clean. But the best part was the vacuum station. They had towels to help dry the car and a separate waste bucket for the used towels. They have an air pressure for your tires, I believe and they have the actual vacuums. 10/10 would come here again.

  Clean, smell good thru car wash doesn’t smell like mildew like all the other places. Very new and I love how they have more than 3 staff. Easy with needed of help. I love this place and great location on Hospitality because they’re really helpful and clean and I’m not mention that they do have towels for dry easy in and out

  I took my car last night and the my roof strip came off. I was not the only one the night. The lady park next to me her roof strip also came out but her did not came off completely. I fill a report and i just got a call from a member. Saying that they are going to decline the incident because my car is a 2014 and is old and that the part always fall because is old. I told him i did understand and it was not old because i just had all replace and my windshield because of age. When it happen an employee came with the strip, i try to place but it was not mine. So she when back and give me another one. My other car got scratch i try to give it a second change but is a rip off. So when you come out of the tunnel check all your top strips oh and remeber if you car is old is your fault not theirs. Not even im sorry can you come back and let me check the strip to work something out, it least give the customer a chance to see if its true or not. As a manager or incident specialist give a chance not a simple answer as your car is old we decline the incident. As managers something you need to give the oportunity to see the other side. You saw the video and it happen you admit. im not the only one that has happen, you said it. So if you know that, it least what you guys can do is try to talk to the customer and offer a car wash or something so you can can retain customers and work with your employees to explain it to customers with older cars that the could be a risk. The way the people can feel free to try it again or just like me after the phone call let others know. How you handle customers service. Btw the other person that review for the same thing in his vehicle was not all as mine. Costumer relationship and employee training is important for business. Not helping others with issues like this or others looks bad in your core work values. Customer and training go hand by hand to successfully carryout a business. Is nice to know the vehicles older than 5 years you dont give a chance to see the vehicle to determine your investigation properly and truthful. you just take your decision just by the video you admitted the incident happen but the car is old.

  First time at this location and it was great! The staff was helpful and friendly. The actual wash part was very nice and cleaned a lot better than the other location I normally go to. The area outside was clean and there were plenty of towel to use. Will definitely come back!
