I had a very bad and extremely frustrating experience with this business. Emerson, I believe that was his name, originally gave me an estimate of approximately $680 to repair my vehicle’s A/C system. At that time, I understood what the estimated repair would cost and was prepared to move forward based on that amount. A few weeks later, I brought my vehicle back to have the repair done using a Cool Air state program voucher for $1,500. What concerned me was that once I brought the voucher in, the price of the repair suddenly increased from the original $680 estimate to approximately $1,570. The difference was significant, and I was left questioning why the cost had increased so dramatically. I expected a clear explanation and an itemized breakdown showing exactly what additional work or parts justified the increase. I ultimately had the service performed, but unfortunately, only four days after the repair, the A/C was not working properly again. I contacted the business because I expected the repair to resolve the problem, especially considering the amount that was charged. I was also simply asking for receipts and documentation showing exactly what repairs were performed, what parts were replaced, and what I was being charged for. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or addressing my concerns, Emerson’s response was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. During the phone conversation, he told me that he does not like to argue with women over the phone and that he would need a man. I found that statement extremely disrespectful and insulting. I was not trying to argue with him. I was a customer asking legitimate questions about a repair that had been completed only four days earlier and requesting documentation for work that had been paid for through a state assistance program. I explained to him that I wasn’t looking for an argument. I simply wanted my A/C fixed properly and wanted the receipts/documentation for the work that had been performed. As a customer, I believe those are completely reasonable requests, especially when the final amount was more than double the original estimate. I then told him directly that if my concerns were not addressed and the A/C was not properly repaired, I would have to report the situation to the state program that provided the voucher. His response was essentially that I could do whatever I wanted because the program “won’t do nothing.” The tone and attitude throughout the conversation were extremely dismissive and unprofessional. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I was relying on this business to provide honest, transparent service through a state-funded program. I expected the original estimate, the final charges, and the work performed to be clearly explained and properly documented. Instead, I experienced a dramatic increase in the price, an A/C that was still not working properly just days after the repair, difficulty obtaining documentation, and disrespectful treatment when I attempted to get answers. I am very disappointed with how this entire situation was handled. Customers should not have to feel like they are being taken advantage of because they are using a state program voucher, nor should they be made to feel that they need to have a man call on their behalf just to receive an explanation about a repair to their own vehicle. I believe customers deserve transparency, proper documentation, quality workmanship, and respectful communication regardless of their gender or how the repair is being paid for. I would strongly recommend that anyone using this business, particularly through a state assistance program, get everything in writing, request a detailed itemized estimate before authorizing work, compare it with the final invoice, and keep all documentation. My experience was extremely disappointing, and based on the way my concerns were handled, I would not feel comfortable recommending this business to others

Purchased a used battery foor my used car last year. The battery was really good. If I wouldn't have left my lights on several times while my car was off, it would still be good. How ever, I bought a New Battery and it was Super reasonable and the installed it for additional $10

Bought my car here for a ac compressor no leaks no check engine light. While replacing compressor somehow thermostat was damaged and caused a massive coolant leak. As a result check engine light came on and all they did was turn it off using scanner and car broke down on the way home. These people are scammers please don’t bring your car here I will be replacing you guys to the BAR. I 100% believe I was sabatoged , instead of helping with fixing the car the mechanic told me to bring it back in as if I should trust them every with my car after they purposely sabatoged my car. Originally bought new ac compressor from them 1 year ago and they installed a “faulty air compressor” that hasn’t worked since day one. I believe they didn’t want to replace it and that’s why he purposely sabatoged my car . Sad case I paid 1500 , I just wanted my car done with integrity. Maybe it’s because I’m black or maybe they’re just really bad at their job idk who knows
