  First time here and Emerson helped me out so much i was referred here from a friend and the prices are reasonable. they offer different warranties from 1yr to a lifetime warranty which i loved.

  I will like to say thank you to emerson, he helped us out from start to finish, from helping going throu the application with us to understanding the car problem. And when the issue was still on , he still made sure it was fixed 100% and until we were satisfied . Recommend 100% and to the guy emerson. Me gustaría dar las gracias a Emerson, nos ayudó de principio a final, desde ayudar nos con el aplicacion, hasta ayudar nos comprender el problema del caro . Y cuando el problema aún estaba en alli, se aseguró de que se solucionara al 100% y hasta que estuviéramos satisfechos. Recomendar al 100% esta lugar y gracias otra ves a Emerson.

  Five stars all the way! I walked into this shop needing a quick battery replacement for my 2024 Chevy Malibu, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Alex took care of me right away. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. It's hard to find auto shops that offer this level of genuine customer service. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future battery or alternator needs!

  When in to change my arm control because it was making a popping noise. They change one of the arm n the sway bar and the popping noise is still there!!! Had my AC diagnose and recharged, still blowing hot air. When in Sat so they can see what was wrong with my AC and they still couldn’t find the problem. Update, took in my truck just like they ask me to. The manager ask me to take the truck when the problem was occurring and I did this Saturday. Well he was rude.. he told me that I had to wait because everyone was in lunch, I didn’t have a problem with that but when he told me that the problem was not the AC I was mind blown.. why did you tell me that the second time I brought in the truck. I also told him why do a diagnosis ? When you go to get a diagnosis is to fine the problem.. He when off telling me that to take the truck to the back to take out the recharge of the AC because I didn’t trust them anymore. I told him well illl wait. He was noooo I told him well we are going to see a lot of each other cause I spent a lot of money here.. the manager then told me u know what im just going to give u ur money back n note on ur file that we are not going to work with u on ur AC. I just left n told him stay with the money
