  It's always something with this place... I had a reservation for Monday at 8am. When I verified the reservation on the previous Friday, I warned them that my Driver's License was damaged and they reassured me that as long as they can scan it it would be no problem. I get there Monday after driving down from Big Bear, and the manager tells me they cannot accept my ID. I tell her that we need to figure something out since the rental is being paid for by insurance because our truck was totaled from an accident that was not our fault. She continued to refuse to help at all and finally after a while of not budging, she finally offered to have their driver take me to the DMV. The driver was sitting in the back and went to take an employee somewhere after we sat in the lobby for half an hour. After taking the employee wherever they were going, the driver finally took us to the DMV. I got a paper temporary Driver's License and the driver picked us back up. We finally got a rental after she barely looked at my temporary License and scanned the damaged Driver's License to check me in. It took two and a half hours from when we initially tried to check in,to finally get our rental. As we left the parking lot, the fuel light came on.

  Don’t ever go here customer service so bad deserve no star returning car there took almost 2 hrs of waiting this place sucks big time

  If I could give no stars I would waited 3 hours to get a car long lines phones ringing off the hook no staff

  I have been a customer for over 15 years and the last year has been terrible. They never communicate. They had me waiting all day to get picked up and they never came or communicated. They will have you waiting hours for a rental and when I got my rental it was very dirty and it made me itch. This has happened a couple times. They don’t clean their cars properly and they have bad customer service. I’m still waiting on my points for a rental and no manager or anyone has helped me or cared. I would not recommend!!!! Management don’t care. No one cares about customer service.
