Update. After waiting 30 min in line I was told the power is out and it could be 15 min or 3 hrs to process payment. I called enterprise in Redlands and they will honor my reservation. Thanks for making me spend an extra $ 50 in Uber.
Update again. Enterprise in Redlands has cars and only made me wait an additional 30 mins. California sucks.
The wait time to pickup the car was longer than 20 mins. It seemed the location was backed up. Also the car, could have been cleaned better. It appeared that wash wasn't a wash but a rinse instead. The car itself had some dings and scratches. But for our purpose that didn't matter. They did point that out to us during the inspection prior to taking the car so we did appreciate that.
Overall though, I think the location was doing the best they could. The staff was very friendly and from that perspective, they did an excellent job. Returning the car was fast and efficient. And again the attendant and staff were super friendly.
So kudos to the team in that regard. Just make sure if you are going to wash a car, to actually you know use a wash cloth to remove dust.

I had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location, largely thanks to a staff member named Angelina. From the moment we interacted with her, she was warm, kind, and genuinely helpful.
When we arrived to pick up our reserved economy car, we noticed it was missing its hub caps. I shared my honest concern — that regardless of the price point, customers paying for a rental service deserve a vehicle that is properly maintained and presentable. Angelina listened patiently, never got defensive, and agreed it was something that needed to be addressed at a higher level. I appreciated that she took my feedback seriously and mentioned she would pass it along.
Without any hesitation, she offered us a resolution: an upgrade to a better vehicle at a discounted rate. It was exactly the kind of customer service that turns a frustrating situation into a positive one. We felt heard, respected, and taken care of.
The rest of the staff at this location were equally friendly and professional. It's clear this team genuinely cares about the people they serve.
I sincerely hope Enterprise recognizes and rewards employees like Angelina and her colleagues — they are a true asset to this company. We will absolutely be returning to this location. Thank you, Angelina!
My insurance paid over $1000 for 20 days before I tried to turn it in I was told by staff (name is not listed but can provide)I had another 10 days which was misinformation whether it was done intentionally or not. I incurred $180 fee. I tried to ask for a discount and explain my side however I was told because the representative made (notes. )My dispute was not valid and I had to pay full f
Price . I did reach Out to Corporate website to see if we can come to some resolution to a refund, which is pending as of now!
