  I believe her name was Emma — she had braids and was super sweet, working the front desk. She really hooked me and my girls up for our Palm Springs weekend for my birthday! It was such a last-minute rental, and she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I also really appreciated the discount I was given by the gentleman who reviewed the vehicle with me. I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but I definitely wanted to acknowledge him as well. You guys were truly the best! Great customer service goes such a long way, especially at such a busy location. I really appreciate how helpful and welcoming everyone was. I’ll definitely be back here the next time I need a rental. Thank you all so much again for making our weekend start off on such a great note! 🥳

  There is a lot of room for improvement I think it is from the corporate level Better systems need to be in place time management and employees. I think the biggest thing that they need to work on is there should be a VIP membership remember people who really want their time management on their hand will appreciate that, however, there will always be some type of cost for that VIP special service so you don’t have to wait even though you set your reservation months ahead. Operation is technically, a first come first serve

  Enterprise rent in a car on e street in San Bernardino.Have came through for me every time. I had one car I did not like and wondering what the heck was they problem, giving it to me.But overall , all the cars are nice , run , great ........... ..

  Slow. Rental for 8am didn't get the car til 9am. Plan to spend time here

  San Bernardino Enterprise provided excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful agents got us into a car quickly and efficiently. Our reservation was not ignored. Only one problem: They need a car wash and people to dry the cars, not just leave them wet.
