- CYColleen Yaklich3 days ago4.0It turns out when they checked my tires the pressure was already good and they redid it and the pressure on my tires went down to 26 and it should've been 33 so I then had to go to a tire center to have air put in my tires. Very frustrating.
- DGDorian Gomez6 days ago5.0Came here to get my oiled changed and from the very moment I entered everyone was very helpful and make the transition quickly. They provided me many options with different prices and other things to get done in my car. I also ended up doing some thing with my filters and they offered me a coupon on website. Would definitely recommend this place as it’s quick and easy and whoever was helping you at the time was all very kind.
- RERobert Elliott6 days ago5.0Everyone is great at this location. Especially the manager who personally talked to me. Im impressed they have and showed me the records going back to 2003 when I bought this vehicle. First time anyone has ever offered that to me. Overall excellent service. Much appreciated. - NVNoe VallejoOct 8, 20261.0I had my oil and coolant changed at the Davis Salinas location the skid plate wasn't placed right half was of it was dangling off I talk to the manager Rebecca she was un professional, yelling at me the customer she said she didn't have to tools to replace it there's nothing she can do. She needs to be trained better on customer service especially if you are a manager. I call the Abbott location in Salinas the manager at that store was friendly and apologized and said we will take care of it no worry we have the equipment to fix it.
- JBJocelynn BucioSep 30, 20265.0Great service! I love going here because they tell me exactly what they’re doing or what my car may need. They showed me what my cabin air filter looked like but I decided to change it at a different time. I didn’t feel pressured to add services. I went in earlier today and they didn’t have the kind of oil my car needed at the time. I went back later in the day and manager gave me a nice discount for waiting and returning which was very kind. I will keep coming back 👍🏼
