I came from Watsonville and the Valvoline over there is nothing compared to this location. I don’t know why they have so many low reviews. They did a good job on my vehicle and they did it within like 20 minutes. Thank you, Valvoline once again and God bless.
- GCG CaliforniaJun 19, 20261.0Completely unacceptable experience at this location. A basic oil change took over two hours, which completely defeats the purpose of coming to a drive-thru lube. On top of the ridiculous wait, one of the employees working the floor kept staring at me intensely and giving me weird, unsettling looks the entire time. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and upset. I will absolutely never return to this location.
