  Otis and Kelly, owner operators. Otis is a master mechanic, 50+ years. Our RV broke down, had it towed to Gleason's. Otis got on on it 1st thing in the morning, no appointment. He prioritized us cuz we were on the road. Man did miracles, attention to detail, and worked for 4 straight hours getting our torn up bearings in our axle working great. Amazing experience meeting Kelly and Otis? Solid Gold AAA+

  This guy Otis is trash I just filed a small claims on him, there's alot before this but basically they don't know what they doing. I came in to get a wiring issue fixed by the generator the guy Chris said he fixed it all professionally etc but it kept jerkin like something holding it back told me it was my catalytic converter yet I barely did smog and passed it no check engine light. I kept saying no it cant be it.l took pictures of catalytic converter they wanted better ones I go the shop they do it. Then Otis says they want more pictures california ref im not gonna do it let me know if u can find the part I'll put it on for you.. left me stranded ok ao after waiting for the month I said let me get a second opinion went to camping World Morgan Hills. Re paid for electrical the guy had to rewire everything said that there was generator back feeding and could have caused internal damage to gen. Makes sense because now my gasket leaking oil. They fixed it I went back to tell him he said get a lawyer so I did. On top of that I went in for shocks dude put on 2 different types of brands in front vs back that I didnt even approve he got kyb shocks when I run Bilstein there's a whole section on Bilstein just for e450 rv and this guy didn't even ask me what type of shocks. his mechanic said he could fix my ac they have a old one they took off a swat police or fire truck I said nahh. No im wondering if those shocks are even new. Mechanic ar gleason couldn't fix the ac even though I said its hooked to the heater he wanted to run a wire tap to fix ac. Camping world fixed it said its my heater circuit that shuts it off I just need a new heater now. If I could post the picture of this small claims I would. I looked at the reviews most are good because they old people getting screwed there was one review here that said he a rude man etc he is right dont come here. On top of that the mechanic ruined my passenger seat didn't even cover it with plastic I have small tears and had to wipe all the grease off I took a picture but deleted it after I shouldn't have oh well. Do Not take your rv here there people are thiefs!! And instead of apologizing after I showed him I had thr job done again because I tried calling and it be excuses like it's probably this that etc instead of owning up to it his true colors showed. Update 8 14 the judge knows him or how else could I have lost this. The shock is not even properly installed. He's a true piece of shit see for yourself even having camping world and showing the judge they know each other because at the end he said to Gleason see you next time. I hope you drop dead you old fuck he's a thief

  Otis and Kelly were great to work with.. And Juan too! I had a broken piece to the suspension on my 2021 travel trailer.. not only did they fix it.. but they replaced all the other bushing and shackles that hold the leaf springs. Once they had an opening.. only a few days wait the process was very quick! Thank you Gleason's for getting us on the road again.

  The entire team is amazing. They were able to get me in right away just before the holidays. Their prices were very reasonable. I had a long chat with the owner and feel they operate their business with high standards for customer service and quality and fairness. They took time to explain everything to me and offered me several options to choose so I could find a solution that fit my needs and budget. I didn’t feel at any point that they were trying to sell me anything and I even learned some things. I highly recommend them.

  Friendly and knowledge staff. Had my trailer fixed the next day. Fair prices too. I would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, I'm going to need a new battery and will be going back soon.
