  Rented a reefer truck. The fridge went out in the middle of the night got due what seemed like lack of maintenance. All my inventory was lost. I'll probably try another company next time

  Thomas, Alma, John and Hector all provided top quality service with my truck rental. From start to finish they were polite and professional, as well as very clear with communication about the rental process. I can’t recommend this location and agency enough. The truck itself was in excellent working condition and clean. Definitely go with Enterprise truck rental in Salinas for your truck or van rental needs.

  Thomas is always professional and on point for our business needs. This is our 3rd rental and each time has been smooth. I do recommend you take pix of your truck at pick up as they do review these things when you drop off

  I called to set up a rental for a move and talked to the lady that works there. She said she would be able to arrange everything for my move and that I’d get an email with all the logistics and everything. After an hour I went in to get her card so I could send an email since I never received one. I typed up an email with everything I told her on the phone and still didn’t hear anything back. After The Weeknd passed, I called again and a man answered and I told him the details and he just brushed it off and told me he’d have the woman call me back in about an hour or 2. I still have yet to receive a call, on Thursday, when they said they’d call back Monday. Just lazy and unprofessional. If they can’t handle the move, let me know that instead of saying you’ll work with me just to ignore me later down the line. Always the woman seemed very agitated when I went into the actual business. She seemed like she didn’t want to talk and only made noises to acknowledge what I said like “mhmm”. U-haul may be expensive but at least they’ll actually send the details over and actually make a reservation.
