Always exceptional service from Thomas, Briana, and Alma. They went out of their way to make sure we had the right truck when we needed it, and were a pleasure to work with

The customer service agent was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He helped us find a vehicle that met our needs and budget. Our experience surpassed our expectations. I would recommend Enterprise Truck rental.

The customer service provided by Tom, Alma, and the entire Enterprise Truck Rental team at SNS (Salinas Airport) has been outstanding. I was able to reserve a truck from home and be on the road within an hour. Their communication was excellent as well. When the vehicle class I originally reserved became unavailable due to a delayed return, they contacted me right away, offered alternatives, and arranged accommodations that worked perfectly for both parties.. Already booking my next rental with them.
