  This is my first time using Enterprise near the airport in Salinas and it will be my last. I scheduled an appointment on a Monday at 8am. I was at the auto body repair at 8am and called at 8:04am for a courtesy pick up. I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Once someone finally answered, I was told the driver was on another pick up and it would be “a while” no estimate, just a while. 40 minutes later, no ride. I called again and asked for an ETA, I was told it should be there soon. I waited an additional 10 minutes before I was finally picked up. The highlight of the experience was the driver John. He has courteous and friendly and we had a nice chat on the way to the office. Once I arrived at the location, I noticed a large number of people waiting outside. When I checked in, I asked what the wait time would be for my scheduled appointment and was told it would be a 30-40 minute wait time. I got to the car rental place at 9:14am and was not in a rental car until around 10:30am. This was honestly the worse car rental experience I have ever had. I don’t understand why a business would allow someone to book an 8am appointment if there are not sufficient vehicles available. I have had other vehicle rentals on a Monday at 8am and have never had such a terrible wait time. Form what I understood, the wait time was due to cars being turned in that morning and needing to be cleaned. This establishment does not have any consideration of people’s time especially when many of us have work commitments and made arrangements to be a little late in the morning, not 2 1/2 hours of wait time. I would not do business here again and would not recommend it.

  I love renting with Enterprise! They always give you good prices if you have any challenges they fix it right away, highly recommended! Salina’s team you are the best!!!!

  Me: The staff here are so competent it's honestly suspicious. Staff: Why? Me: Because normal businesses require three employees, two supervisors, and a 45-minute wait to accomplish what you did in five minutes. Staff: We just know what we're doing. Me: Show-offs. Every single one of you. I'll be back for another humiliating demonstration of professional competence.😭
