  This place is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about Aaron and the level of service I received. I came in on a busy Friday without an appointment because I was having battery trouble with my Mercedes GL450. Aaron immediately put me at ease, tested the battery first to confirm that it truly needed to be replaced, and carefully verified the exact size, power requirements, and AGM battery type my vehicle required. The battery in a GL450 is located underneath the passenger seat, so it is not a simple installation. Many places will sell you a battery but will not install it, especially when it is in such a difficult location. Aaron not only had the correct battery at a very reasonable price, but he installed it at no additional charge because I purchased it from them. He even discovered that the previous battery installed in my vehicle was not the proper AGM battery my Mercedes required. That made me appreciate even more that he took the time to make sure I received the correct battery rather than simply installing whatever would fit. Aaron and the other employee there were both incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and pleasant to talk with. I was stressed about the situation and worried about the cost, but they calmed my nerves and made the entire experience easy. They accommodated me without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them, even though I had dropped in on a Friday. Fast, honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and genuinely kind service. I am extremely pleased and would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who needs a battery. Thank you, Aaron!

  The staff at CBA are helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They are customer focused and ensure that their custom work-and sales (i.e. batteries)-are completed in a timely fashion and meet the desires and expectations of their clients. I highly recommend this business to anyone seeking custom car work or needing batteries.
