  The crew at Safelight Florin Rd in Sacramento were on time And did a great job. They replaced the windshield and calibrated it in less than half the time they estimated it might take. Friendly, courteous, and professional.

  I’ve had my fair share of windshield replacements with Safelite. This time around was a little different. I had Simon as a technician. If you have Simon as your technician, you’re in great hands!! He explained the entire process. He was super knowledgeable about his work. I bought this car used so who knows what happened before me, but he was able to show me the work that was done prior, and thank goodness I needed the windshield replaced. I also had my windshield wipers replaced and bc of his knowledge, he had already noticed that the windshield wipers sat high and saw the scrapes on the frame. I had gone out there to make sure he could seat them properly and he had already done it without being asked.

  A rock hit our car while traveling to Sacramento and we made a phone call on the road and we got excellent service. Once we arrived to our destination the next day we got the replacement window and everything workout efficiently. Sha Shu and his assistant were fantastic.

  Had the best experience here! Was quoted saying it would take up to 2 hours to fix my broken front passenger window. It took a total of 15 minutes!! I got there, texted my husband to come fet me (he had the $ to pay), he said on his way (we live about 5 minutes away), and the guy was done before mu husband showed up!

  My windshield need to be replaced and I had a 9 am appointment. I arrived there at the Florin store a few minutes early, was greeted and asked what they could do for me. I said I had an appointment at 9am for my windshield then they asked if I was leaving my car or staying. I said staying, then they said it would be done as soon as possible. They pointed to where the free coffee/hot chocolate machine was. Waiting area to sit was fine, I took one of the rolling tables for coffee since there was no one else in the wait area. It was approximately an hour when the tech came back to say they were done. I didn't think it was going to be that fast. He gave me instructions to take the tape off in an hour or so and no car washing. It was a painless and quick. If I had another rock spiderwebbing my window again, I'd come back to this Safelite.
